We are forced to reach certain goals that aren't really realistic. But the management keeps insisting them because they make the numbers look good, regardless of how it negatively affects the employees.

It was a mistake calling them because I felt their disinterest in talking to me. Their employees clearly were slacking because they were working remotely. I was assigned to a lazy sounding lady who wasn't very accommodating and I felt like I was a chore for her because my inquiries were not answered properly. I felt like she really wanted to end the call but out of "duty" and because she was the unlucky one who answered my call, felt obliged to. It was a wrong decision!
