I expected personalized service, but every interaction felt like talking to a script. The customer service supervisor clearly prioritized speed over quality, making reps rush through calls instead of actual helping. When I asked specific questions, they either transferred me or gave a generic response, making the whole experience frustrating.
The customer support is a joke and too stupid, they do not care about your reservations and blame it on the local hotel. Very disappointed in the company and the employees lack of professionalism. STAY AWAY FROM TRAVEL OUTLOOK!

They offer the most terrible hotel call center services. When we partnered with them, they lied blatantly and promised to increase our hotel's reservations and bookings. The opposite happened. Due to their toxic behavior and fake employee promises, we started losing our loyal customers. It was ridiculous. We had to end the damaging partnership!

Instead of fixing problems, their egocentric representatives seemed more interested in defending their incompetence than helping me. If felt like no one cared about the client; they just wanted to tick boxes and move on. Every promise they made fell apart, and their refusal to take responsibility for their countless blunders was infuriating.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I tried booking a hotel, only to realize I've made an error of booking with this third-party service. I tried to cancel and get a refund so I spoke to their reservation agent explaining the error but they refused a refund due to their "policy". I have learned my lesson but would like ward everyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place if you actually value your hard-earned money!
I left Travel Outlook with nothing but resentment because their staff was complete showoffs who cared more about looking busy than actually helping me. Despite the work from home setup and the flexibility offered by the remote work setup, working for Travel Outlook is still extremely stressful and exhausting. The management promotes a horrible company culture where employees are discriminated and not appreciated for their effort and time. The compensation is awful, too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an unorganized and awful company! I cancelled my flight after so many problems. Terrible response times, and absolutely unhelpful customer support. All this BS and frustration was all because they put the wrong info on my booking. Stay the h*ll away!

Travel Outlook booked out accomodation at the wrong hotel, had to pay the price of two hotels and they failed to contact back about the complaint and after 3 months all they have to say is it's my fault and that they are training people! Seriously for a global company it is disgusting and a joke. Don't EVER book through them.
