Stay away from Travel Outlook. They don't respect employees and are full of bad leaders and micro managers. I actually knew coworkers who took anxiety meds just to get through this job. This is the most toxic work environment I have worked for. Moreover, internal systems don't work well which lead to obsessive hold times for customers.
My experience with the reservation hotline was absolutely delightful. The agent who assisted me was both warm and professional, making the process extremely pleasant. Her knowledge was impressive, she was able to answer all my queries without hesitation. I was struggling with finding a room online, and I'm so glad I decided to make the call. It was a huge relief to have such a friendly and capable person assist me in making my reservation.
Choose another call center. The people at Travel Outlokk are the worst. They don't respond to calls quickly and are poorly trained. I contacted them for a few vital reservations, and they messed it up. My entire trip became unfruitful and awful due to their inability to do their jobs. It was ridiculous. I am sure you can avoid wasting your time here. I am staying away!
Travel Outlook's website was outdated and promos were still on their site but they don't offer them any longer! Their r4eps weren't helpful, were rude and condescending, and the experience I had with them was awful!

The remote work set is great, but all other things about this company aren't. The issues in Travel Outlook all revolve around the horrible leadership and its unreasonable targets. We are forced to reach certain goals that aren't really realistic. But the management keeps insisting them because they make the numbers look good, regardless of how it negatively affects the employees.

These people lack professionalism, talk TERRIBLY, and are BLATANTLY DISRESPECTFUL! One of their agents forgot to press the mute button and heard them cursing and yelling while waiting on the other end! It was a HORRIBLE experience!
It was a mistake calling them because I felt their disinterest in talking to me. Their employees clearly were slacking because they were working remotely. I was assigned to a lazy sounding lady who wasn't very accommodating and I felt like I was a chore for her because my inquiries were not answered properly. I felt like she really wanted to end the call but out of "duty" and because she was the unlucky one who answered my call, felt obliged to. It was a wrong decision!

Travel Outlook booked out accomodation at the wrong hotel, had to pay the price of two hotels and they failed to contact back about the complaint and after 3 months all they have to say is it's my fault and that they are training people! Seriously for a global company it is disgusting and a joke. Don't EVER book through them.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL AND TERRIBLE. They don't know what they are doing or saying. It feels like they are just reading a script. It was tough to make them understand what I needed. Their arrogant attitude prevented them from admitting their mistakes. It was ridiculous!
SOME OF THE EXECUTIVES WERE ALSOR RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY WERE POOR AT COMMUNICATION, TOO, AND DIDN'T WANT THEIR REALITY TO BE HIGHLIGHTED. AVOID! BEWARE!
This company has potential given the leadership's openness to the remote work setup. However, having a remote setup is useless if you have a toxic and hostile work culture. The management has a lot of problematic people in it. Some managers yell at employees, and many of them verbally harass us. The attitude and behavior of some managers here are very problematic.
This was not our first time hiring another company to handle our hotel reservation and booking services. But unlike our previous experience, they were able to learn our business and reflect that in how they handle our calls. We also like how they constantly kept themselves updated with our rates and promotions. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
They act like their policies are set in stone! No room for negotiation or accommodating special requests. It's my trip, not theirs, start treating me like a valued customer instead of a nuisance!
There are extremely toxic and rude managers in this company, and they make the lives of the employees hell! They terrorize the workplace by verbally harassing the employees and humiliating us even with other employees present online. The remore work setup is useless because the management always finds a way to abuse the employees.
Their entire system is outdated, ineffective, and slow. Anyone who needs to improve their business shouldn't partner with this company. You'll do better without them.
