He called the airline to confirm the change and called me back to make sure I am informed. He helped me reserve the seats and provided all the required information. Wanted to book a round trip flight to visit my sister in March. Spoke with Darin who was very pleasant and got me the best price available, and was very knowledgeable about baggage claims and arrival times and explained everything in great detail for me.
