Our guy did alright. I was a little disappointed that the price i found online wasn't available, but still got a pretty good deal. Process was a bit slow due to it being a little difficult to understand over the phone. Overall, he was good though, very helpful and polite

Book flight for 3 of us goin to vegas on Wed 3/15/17 from Den leaving on follow wed and coming back fri... got this email right after booking, called and asked where my tickets were to be found? Was told not to worry in a very bad call center which was from India cause I ask where he was from. Today Thursday I get a call after noon that they were not able to honor the tickets but I could get seats for additional cost would I like to rebook... Really? I asked to speak to a manger/supervisor was told he would call me back in 2hrs... I then ask why? As big a co as u r you mean to tell me you have NO manger on the floor... well he will call you back in two hrs... where are my tickets? Well still waiting on that call back n I have called 5 times... run away as fast as u can... true story ~!

I got various options provided before I could make a decision on date change.
It would be great if more options as in Cancellation charges (and opting a different airline) Vs Date Change charges on same airline could be shared as well. This would help more and give flexibility in travel dates/airline.

This is worst agency to book your flight tickets through. They promise you a fare and make you go through the payment portal and then email them confirmations and all that about a booking, and just before the 24 hour booking change deadline they will call you and tell you that the ticket they promised you is no longer available and you will have to pay a higher price to get the same ticket. Their support team is even worse, they just say we will do our best and keep asking for more time while they don't do anything at all. At the end of the day, when your vacation is supposed to be a stress reliever, all these people do is to make booking for it a living hell. Please do not book through these people, even if you have to pay a few dollars more, book through someone else.

The tickets you booked with us was for the fare and dates confirmed okay by you. Post this you called our Care team to make a date change for your return. Our representative confirmed the date change penalties/fare difference and sent you the payment link for the authorization to charge your card for the stated amount.
We do not charge a customer's card till we are in receipt of the authorization to do the same. When we sent your ticket for issuance on the new dates of travel, we were told that the fare quoted to you had expired. We informed you of the same. This is an occasional occurrence and we as a travel agency have no control over it, as the airline/s does not allow us to issue the tickets on an expired fare. This is against the airline/s policy.

When she came back and gave me my tickets (4) price, I could not believe the price. On your website I tried to book my ticket for $451. One way ticket from Denver to Columbus and instead I had to call u guys and you charged me 684.00 and sum change. You took advantage of the me due to bad weather and me being stranded in Denver. Your website said $451.00 and I got charged over 648.00 outrageous for a oneway ticket. I feel your company should refund me the difference. Not happy with your company at all and will never use it again or refer you to anyone.
