I had a very pleasant experience working with Simon Parker. For customer he provides very good service and on the other hand as a sales person he is very consistent and convincing. I am totally satisfied with his service. Overall Tripod is excellent.
I have been waiting for my flight cancellation refunds and its been over 4 months now since I cancelled my tickets and I have not yet received my refunds and now they are saying its going to take 4-6 weeks more to process my refunds which just adds up to their bad service. It seems that they are rotating customers money and deliberately delaying the process of returning customers their own money.
I "stumbled" on your site when I was unable to submit a booking with SWA. Since I'm basically a Southwest customer, I so appreciated Neal's kind help in walking me through the steps and his patience as I stumbled. I'm glad to know about your service and will turn to it when SWA doesn't provide good choices. Thank you.
So my huge family of 14 have been looking for great deals on flights to Mexico so when I saw this agency online for great cheap flights I decided to call them. I spoke to someone and gave him all the information he needed for flying. He told me he would call me with a deal within 24 hours. He even gave me his email if I needed to contact him. So he never called me back and after 2 days I decided to email him. He never responded until 2 days after that. He said he is still checking. Only her once from him. He then calls me back 5 days later and says he was sick and apologized and said he is going to check for the flights again and would get back to me within 2 hours! Well 8 hours later and no word! Don't trust Travelopod! Horrible Customer Service!

Don't ever use Travelopd, the agents are big lyres,,, they just know how to get the money out from customers, they don't care about any customer services... they will not help in solving any problem rather will blame on you or the airlines for your issue. I was traveling alone with an infant even then they didn't care to listen my problem or solve it..

I worked with Kevin Copper on flights for my wife and myself and he was able to provide the required fights and times at a comparable price if booking direct with the air line. He was very efficient and polite during the entire booking process and verified all information to ensure all was correct. He was a great representative to work with.
I needed a assistant and getting my boarding pass and Anna was a great help she's an excellent worker everything went very well with the boarding pass you gave me to use. It's a great experience to have someone to work with you that know that job.
I'd query about my reservation and ticket details not reflected on airline's site. When I called travelopod, Melvin helped me with all the details and I was able to locate my reservation. Melvin also helped with few other things and I was quiet impressed with overall handling of call.

I called travelpod and spoke with one of executive who didn't know how/what to speak to customer. I asked him to check fare for my requirement. After few minutes, he said fare. I said i am seeing less price in other websites then immediately he said OK THEN GO AND BOOK THERE in very rude. I don't know how they got good review with executive like this. I didn't book ticket in travelopod because of him only. This shows their customer service

I book flights for my friends for $2500, because of some reason they sent back from airport. I am talking to travel o pod from 4 months. They told me they will refund my money back but I have to pay taxes. I paid $1200 takes again to get my money back. They are giving excuse billing cycle and all that. Is your billing cycle for 4 months. I meet my whole money back. You are fraud cheating people

The first agent I spoke with, kept telling me that the flight I was calling about was much more expensive than it said online. It was more than I was prepared to spend. Then I called another time and talk to another agent. This time, representative Scarlett spent a great deal of time with me and found me flights that were much more convenient. The agent was respectful, answered all my questions, and made my reservations with ease, assisted me in getting the seats I wanted, confirmed my luggage selections and calmed my fears of my on-line activity. The opposite of the first guy. I made reservations for Nov 19, returning Dec 19. I was glad I chose TravelOPod for my travel needs this time!

Unfortunately I came across this travel agent. I don't think I forget this bad service in near future. No reasonable price. They charged me $50 more than the price available on airline site. From Chicago to hyderabad 2 way travel. $1760.
I requested date change, they are charging $250 + $150 fare difference. But the fare difference is $20. I requested them to reduce the price, but no proper response.
Now after knowing their way of service, i am hesitating to accept the fare difference $150 and I may lose the ticket and price and I may have to purchase new ticket.
I don't have option and complaining here. Hope they look into this and do the needful
This is my sincere review, which has happened to me, I had horrible experience booking ticket thru Travelopod. I had booked ticket and due to sudden changes in my trip plan, I had called the Travelopod customer Service to cancel my ticket before 24 hours of booking. They are not ready to cancel the ticket, and after lengthy discussion, finally, they agreed to deduct 100 $ from the paid amount. All the travel booking sites will have the option to cancel ticket within 24 hours and refunding back total amount. Dont trust this agents and site. There are many sites to book you Air tickets, Just Prefer Expedia or Cheopair. But never ever book ticket and become scapegoat like me. Dont trust Travelopod, Dont fall in agent trap.

Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Each ticket booked with any travel agency has its different fare rules and each travel agency has to follow fare rules as they are.
Post booking, due to change of plans, you had to cancel your ticket. As per cancellation policy stated on our website all the tickets purchased from TravelOPod can be canceled for no fee within 3 hours or for a fee within 12 hours of your booking your reservation. You had called us after 3 hours of booking of your reservation and that was the reason we had to charge a cancellation penalty from you. Our resolution expert had called you and offered you a discount coupon of $50 towards the purchase of your future travel that you declined to accept.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience caused to you. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do.
