I had a situation to begin with, so it's not really Reed's fault, he has done a good job trying to help me. There was some confusion and I got an email that had incorrect information in it. He called and told me about it and to disregard it. I will still use Travelopod in the future because they find great deals and help me get good prices. But this time around was a bit confusing. The hold music kicked me off the line a few times.

I contacted Travelopod and received a call back from Rachel. What an amazing individual, not only polite, but found us an amazing flight to Athens that I have searched for 2 months to find. She was very carefull to make sure everything was complete, spellings correct etc etc. We have a lot of trips planned and I would use and recommend Rachel to anyone I can. I am sure there are individuals that may be an issue as everywhere, but working with this agent was amazing. Nothing else to say except Thanks Rachel and Travelopod. Company should give her a raise or bonus for her kindness and professionalism. Travelopod should be proud to have her there.

Travis and Kevin provided the best customer service I have ever received.
