Ross was an enormous help to me in planning my trip to Miami. I am 80 yrs old and needed a lot of guidance and support to execute my plans and Ross was extremely generous with his time and explanations to me. I am so happy that he answered the phone when I called because I can become a little anxious when making travel plans,... I have an artificial hip and a pacemaker and am traveling alone... Ross made it SO EASY for me and assured me that everything would go smoothly... I was do grateful for his professionalism and his kindness and understanding.
You company is very fortunate to have Ross as an employee, he interacts with clients on the highest caliper and is a great asset to your company... I expect to call him again in the future to make other arrangements for me.
