Raul was very helpful in rearranging my travel plans for Thanksgiving. Very pleasant experience that I was not expecting. Raul is very good at his job.
I was originally being helped by Bob, who worked with me for about maybe 30-40 minutes trying to accommodate my request in finding the right flights for my family members. After multiple calls we were finally confirming 2 air tickets, but I got disconnected and the representative did not call back despite having my number. So when I called back after 30-40minutes, asking to see if I could continue booking my reservation I was told there was no reservation being made and the price on that flight had gone up. Supposedly Bob had left for the day because his shifted had ended. I shared my frustration with the representative, Zack and he was extremely kind and patient while listening to what I had to say. He then tried his best to explain the situation to me and I disconnected stating that I did not want to book tickets with you guys as I found it very irresponsible of Bob not to call back. However I got a call back from Zack maybe 10 minutes later stating he found a flight which wasn't for the same price I was originally quoted but something similar. Though I didn't end up booking tickets with you guys the efforts that Zack put in to taking care of my request were extremely appreciated on my end.
Hope was very patient and got me the best and most inexpensive flight possible. When we got accidentally disconnected by me she called me back immediately!
He was so nice very good explanation with my flight details and very friendly and He made me very welcome as the best Team member. Thanks so much for all you done for me.
