Worst service never book you tickets from this site, I booked two tickets from them and called them within 3hours to cancel the tickets the guy on the line told me 100$ for each to cancel them when it was said on the site as well on the ticket free cancellation policy for 24h and then when I agreed to it he said no he cannot cancel, when i put the review on site they called me back and agreed to cancel it but now it's been 2 months they are not refunding my money 630$ and every time I call them they say it's in processing first they said 12-14 days then they said 44 days and now they are again saying you have to wait. Worst service ever don't book you tickets from this site you will end up losing your money.
I would give this company zero stars if possible Travelopick and Lookbyfare. They are very deceptive and unprofessional. I was charged three times for a reservation of three airline tickets, but I was unable to board any of the flights. Additionally, they charged my son and nephew's cards when we tried to book another flight, which we also couldn't board. The total charges to my card were $409.23 multiplied by three, amounting to $1,227.69. My son and nephew were each charged $698.23, totaling $1,396.46. Despite these significant amounts, I am still unable to obtain a refund. When I called customer service, they claimed that our records showed we boarded the flight. If that were the case, why would we have incurred such high charges? As a result, I had to have a family member purchase a ticket for me to get home. I've lost a substantial amount of money dealing with this company. When I called back, a representative named Dedrick was very rude and unprofessional. I am devastated by this experience and have suffered a huge loss with no clear answers. Please do not use this company.
I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star because the rep called and asked me to change my rating and will not allow my transaction to go through until I change the rating. Mason Kemp has assured me that once I change the rating he will ensure me a 5 Star experience and they will provide a partial refund. I will let you know if that happens. I appreciate the call back.
We purchased a flight on Spirit for my sisters birthday present. Sadly she became very sick with the flu and ended up in the hospital. Lauren went above and beyond to help us get our full refund. This is our new Airline Agent?
I would not book from this company ever again. Some how my ticket was changed to the wrong date, and on top of that I received My fight is coming up confirmation a day after my fight departed. I had proof and they still would not help me. The email even state, "Dear Michael, Here's wishing you a safe journey to Miami..." Then it state OK. Something is wrong with their system and don't want to admit their mistake. The worse customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a ticket, they called me and said that the price changed so I payed 100 dollars more, so I payed 742 dollars for my ticket. Then I called directly to the airline to make sure everything was fine, the airline told me that the agency cancelled my flight, they said that the agency only payed 511 dollars and that was not the price of my flight, so they kept the difference of my payment. It was 10 days to my trip and I didn't have my reservation, I called them and they made me wait 24 hrs saying that the will fix the problem. Finally I asked for my refund now they say that it will take 2 weeks for a refund. They kept my money and here I am with no money and no ticket for Christmas.
Please do not make business with these kind of people.
Some information and choices are confusing. Options are overlapping and it's not clear what's covered and what's not. Price differential is also confusing. Not sure which option is going to cause the least amount of runaround, should there be a need to activate what you paid for.

My confusion was assuaged, after I spoke to a representative who was able to explain the insurance options and differences, albeit, I had already selected the option most affordable and best for me. The search for acceptable departure and return dates and times took 4-5 hours.
A Travelopicks Associate reached out later and the issue was resolved.
Mason was very helpful and patient with my question & travel concerns. Very professional & very clear with his guidance. Much appreciated.
This booking was frustrating because every little thing costs more $. I've never heard of having to pay for selecting my seats before.
Update: The company called to resolve the issue I had successfully.
This website over charged me $230 and says that taxes amount to $230. Where as when I checked in my flight it clearly showed me airfare and taxes which were not even $300 for round trip. The website charged me $528 for round trip. When I called and asked them. They said airlines are charging for Fuel and airport taxes which is more than the cost of ticket. The representative was not even able to give me a valid answer for why they over charged me.
I recently traveled to Orlando. When I arrived at Delta they notified me that they do not accept Travelopick baggage fee of $74. I had to pay $30 each way. Travelopick stated they will issue a refund. Needless to say that hasn't happened and I've been ghosted by them. Never again. I do not recommend this company

I initially gave a 3-star rating, and explained my issue regarding the seat choice fee. I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.
I really like your site. So simple and understandable, booking tickets is stress free. A few seconds after my payment, I immediately received an email about the booking.
I decided for myself that I will only use Travelopick, because they did not let me down and I can trust them!
First submission did not go through, so had to redo it. Not sure what the problem was, but thereafter, it couldn't have been simpler. Called because I didn't switch the gender, & wanted to get my Traveler ID # recorded. Travis was very helpful & kind.
I booked my flight but when I got to the airport and checked in, they said the tickets weren't payed for even thought I had already payed. I called travelopick and tried reasoning with them and asked them to book me another flight but after about an hour they hung up and didn't help out at all. This is the worst site to buy your tickets from, NEVER USE THIS AGENCY. They will rip you off!
Moved the price and took all my info twice before saying flight not available before i finally got a flight, after original experience they reached out and did help to fix the issue and expressed interest in addressing the issue with the site.
I booked a flight for 4 tickets for a total of $968
I received an email that said it was pending. I then received 2 emailed saying they trying calling me ( I had no missed calls from them).
I ended up calling them to see what was going on. I was told my seats were no longer available and the only way to get my tickets was to pay $50 more for each ticket (total of $200). I told them that was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager who was also not able to help get my tickets at the price I booked them for.
I ended up with no tickets and no reservations because they messed up and over sold the tickets at a price that was no longer available. How is that my problem. Poor customer service and not re-guard for the customers at all.
There was not an easy way to register for a discount code. There was not a book now section on the website. Anyway- we finally got it booked by selecting a seat, paying extra for both ways. It worked out now.
I bought a ticket at a price on May 15 and the next day they changed my itinerary and apart from when I contacted them they charged me more money for the ticket I had already bought

Answer: They are both a scam and legit. They will provide you the service at a higher price than what you expect. For instance you see one price on their website. After you put all your information in including your credit card information. They hold onto that and then send you an email wanting you to call them, after you call them they tell you that the price has changed and you either agree to the price change or not. In my case I did not agree and wanted them to cancel my reservation, after arguing with them for 5 minutes they finally told me they canceled my reservation. The next day my credit card was charged for their fee of $50 and the rental company $400 I did get the rental company to refund my $400 but still working on the $50 from travelopick. Disputes were filed through my credit card company but they still want you to try and resolve the issue with the company before they step in. So it is still a hassle to deal with the situation.
