Throwback: the customer service client send me an email to prove the identity of the second passenger because he paid with an other credit card from FRANCE! But for me it's was ok because I paid my ticket with a credit card from Canada… anyways. So we send the information to confirm the identity of my young brother and 2 days after, my little bro sent me a screenshot that someone in US (he lives in Paris) use his creditcard online! WTF seriously?

I booked a flight for two at 3800 dollars on travelopick. They immediately took the money out of my bank account. The gave me a confirmation number. Two hours later they said an extra $350 because the price went up on American Airlines. I refused to pay and requested a refund. I call back and they tell me the flight is booked sold out (after seeing same price on website again). I checked with American Airlines and there were 20 plus seats avaliable and American Airlines didn't change the price the attendant said. Let's see how long it takes to get the money back. I'll keep you informed. Advice go directly to airline carrier and you will get close to their bait and switch price.
We had an awful experience with our flight. The day before our flight we checked- in online and obtained boarding passes. Next day, we rushed to airport an hour before flight in order to drop luggage. To our surprise, we were informed that flight was canceled! The next available flight was next morning. And it was already full. We had to re- book flight to different airport, which was 12 hours later. We spend 12 hours inside airport, tired and exhausted We've reached to customer service of travelopick and shared our bad experience Management found it very disturbing and completely agree that we should have get a warning from airline about cancellation, and we willing to compensate somehow our great inconvenience.
I was anle to resolv the missunderstanding the customer servise calld me and explaind what happend they offerd to get me another flight but i decided to look for my self im glad they calld me that said alot on there side might use them on mu next flight

I would still check with the airline's website first to see if you can get a good price and a seat assignment there, (which is a deal breaker for me if I can't be guaranteed to sit with my husband on a flight) before going to Travelopick. However, that being said, I must admit that Travelopick was very helpful and there was never a long wait to get a customer service agent on the phone ready to help. They understood what I wanted and did their best to get me the deal and particulars that I wanted. I've called a few times since I booked with them and they answered the phone immediately and were very helpful and I accomplished what I wanted on the same call. I felt that I got the same if not better price on airline tickets that I would have received at the airline's website. I was happy with the service I got. I'm hoping everything goes as smoothly at the airport on the day of my trip.
This MFs are scammers. They were showing the flight price as $134 since last two weeks. After I booked the tickets, they contacted me 15 minutes later saying that the price of ticket has been doubled. I asked the reason, and they said that website takes time to update the price. WTF! Does it take 2 weeks to update the price?
I should not have to pay 451.00 for a piece of paper and then pay for my seat and my baggage dumb very dumb

Horrible 3rd party site when booking a flight. Charged me $74 to check a bag when American Airlines only would have charged me $30. When trying to change a flight, they told me it would cost me double what I originally paid. This company is a complete ripoff and I will never use them again!
I booked a flight and 2 hours later, I received a called saying that they couldn't book me in the return flight that I initially booked for so they needed to book me on another for $194 for each of us (x3). They wanted to add $582 to what I intended to pay. So when I told them, just cancel my flight reservations and to my surprise they say, then we are charging you $25 per person which was a total of $77. WTF? I had said nicely but stern voice, I understand if I am canceling because I no longer want to have a reservation however, you are the ones that change the reservations on me and you want me to pay the cancellation fee. UGH! Just don't use this service and save yourself headaches from this stupid place. Their service does SUCK and I wish I had read this before going through them. Oh yeah, they gave me $25 towards the new price...wow...thanks alot.

I book a ticket from these asholes I was inside the airport I missed some information I being calling over an hour they never called because I was trying to do my booking online,when one Mr stupid finally answered he refused to help we ended up missing our flight I will make sure the government knows how these scammers are stealing the citizens money they're a bunch of idiots I'll make these scammers be on the News to become famous for stealing people's money
Travelopick charged $74. For Baggage Charges and told me that my partner and I had paid to check one bag each. We had to pay American Airlines $60. Each for checking one bag each, because AA does not authorize any 3rd party business to charge baggage charges. Had to jump through too many hoops to request a refund from Travelopick. They also charged $197. To change my fight (two months ahead if time) from a Friday to the next day (Saturday)… Unbelievable! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
As of right now I'm in the process of trying to resolve the issue. Linda reached out to try and get the process resolved. As soon as the process is resolved I will be back with another review.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I booked a flight with them and I received an email with the "confirmation" number. I had a weird feeling, so I went to Southwest's website to check and my information was not there! I immediately called to cancel (2 hours after booking) and they tried gaslighting me, like I didn't know how to check the website and that they were seeing my information. After threatening to call the BBB and blasting my reviews everywhere, they did inform me that it would cost $25 to cancel (after they tried begging me to just change the flight). Please, do not give this company your business as you'd be better off getting the tickets from the actual airlines with less hassle. I was not immediately suspicious, as most reviews are from people after they immediately purchase their tickets and only a select few mentioned people arriving to the airport only to find out they did not actually have a seat on the flight. Save yourself the trouble and their terms and conditions only allow for a refund for cancellation within 24 hours of booking!

Answer: They are both a scam and legit. They will provide you the service at a higher price than what you expect. For instance you see one price on their website. After you put all your information in including your credit card information. They hold onto that and then send you an email wanting you to call them, after you call them they tell you that the price has changed and you either agree to the price change or not. In my case I did not agree and wanted them to cancel my reservation, after arguing with them for 5 minutes they finally told me they canceled my reservation. The next day my credit card was charged for their fee of $50 and the rental company $400 I did get the rental company to refund my $400 but still working on the $50 from travelopick. Disputes were filed through my credit card company but they still want you to try and resolve the issue with the company before they step in. So it is still a hassle to deal with the situation.
