I used Transglobal to send package to US from UK. Cost a mere fraction of what Royal Mail and other couriers charge. Arrived in 5 days fully tracked! Nothing neg to say, service well beyond expectations for amazingly low price.
I had a problem finding a courier for a large parcel weighing 34 kilos. They found me a solution at a very fair price compared to other quotes. Prompt pickup and next day delivery. Polite courier and helpful.
Will certainly use them again for courier services. Its great to use a service where they proactively manage your account and you can speak with a person to deal with queries.

Talk about rubbish service. Why did I not come to sitejabber before using these clowns? So I booked a simple document collection. UPS takes it. Then weekend comes Monday comes and my stuff is not moving? I called and got some run around. Then they said they waiting on UPS to get back to them. Finally my document is just sitting there in UPS offices all this time. (note avoid UPS also). Finally they got the package going. But then I wrote a complaint since they said they they are an accountable company. I am still waiting for a reply. But Good thing I paid with PayPal because I want my coppers back.

You will loss money, face delay and damage your shipping with Transglobal. I requested refund due to missing ID and transglobal need invoice back to year 2002 i. E 16 Years ago to make a refund. Don't trust Transglobal as I missed an important ID and at the end they just apologise without refund!
My order has been shipped by the seller on October 27th from the UK to Croatia. It's been more than a month now and it still hasn't arrived. Transglobal Express is avoiding to confirm the location of the shipment and are giving false allegations when it will arrive. The order tracking doesn't work. Every time I try to contact them they politely ask for an additional 48 hours to get an update on the shipment. They always come back with the same dishonest reply.

On Tuesday, 25th October, we organised and paid £35 for a courier service of some documents from Buckinghamshire to Somerset West, South Africa, you saying it would take 2 to 3 days. The A4 envelope was collected the next afternoon, (26th) and delivered only today, Tuesday 14th November - a full 3 weeks later! The online tracking indicated it had been sitting in Dartford for more than a week, then eventually was sent to Charles de Gaulle, and then on to Schipol and finally arrived in Capetown last Friday, and delivered today. This would appear to be shocking service, despite us chasing it up 3 times telephonically and getting pushed around with no specific details as to the reason for the delay. I would like a proper explanation as to the reasons for this poor service and compensation.
I'm sorry but our office is no longer quoting you. We've quoted you quite a bit over the last year and have had very few books. It's taking up too many resources therefore we're going to have to decline your business. I'm very sorry but we wish you the best.

No knowledge of customs, documentation or rules and regulations. Be ready for no assistance from the company in case of any issues. The shipper needs to have all the knowledge about international shipment, since Transglobal will advise only on money part. My shipment is stuck and the company refused to offer any help for same. Pathetic service!
I've been a customer for 10 year and I can honestly say this is the worst shipping company in the world. Goods arrive damaged and a they do is hide behind terms and conditions and refuse to accept there moral responsibility that they have damaged my property and refuse to refund or replace. Do not use this company. Tried to send a parcel to Bali, there were insanely huge charges to get it out of customs on the other end-£1000+ so we are still trying to it returned to sender. This has been going on for a month & costing money at customs every day. We've done everything they have asked but its still not sorted, either they or DHL are lying. Humongous amount of stress involved & they simply do not care. They don't seem to actually be able to do anything either.

I paid $50 for a photocopy of the back of a pinball machine glass when it was sold as being a replacement for pinball machine glass. It would have been a fairly decent at the price I bought it for what they sent me was about a a ten-cent photocopy that was laminated completely useless for what I was trying to do and quite obviously fraudulent complete garbage my $50 would have been more useful as toilet paper
My mum arranged a package for collection, they failed to collect on the arranged day. They eventually collected them the parcel didn't turn up, it was only going from U. K. to Jersey but 5 days later had not arrived. My mum had to call them three times before they told her that the parcel was still in the warehouse as DHL had not collected. Still waiting for this package.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! We have used their services for few times already. However our recent shipment(worth 2457. 4 pounds) was lost(stolen) in their warehouse. The pick up tracking has shown successful delivery. However after few days we still haven't received the parcels. So we contacted them and asked about the shipping status. Then they told us that they couldn't locate the parcels. They asked for a lot of information about the shipment. Then they spent one week for investigation without any results. They asked us to claim for the loss. And the end result was refund of 50 pound. That's it. It's ridiculous. According to their investigation results, the shipment was lost in their warehouse. Someone (maybe the staff) in their warehouse may have stolen our shipment. And they didn't care about it. The only offer was 50 pounds. If you want to use their services keep in mind that your shipment has got a risk of being stolen in their warehouse!
