I'm disappointed I have to use a leash on my dog. But I think the method Sally described will be helpful and she says I don't have to have him on a leash all the time for it to work.
They are very nice and try to find the type of training for your situation and dog/puppy's personality.
What ever the problem is they will try and help.

Its most unfortunate that you believed in what people have said long, long back and decided not even to try our product. Yes, we did have a problem in our business policy which has caused such poor reviews. But we have changed all that now and customers asking for refund are issued prompt refund. This is why most of our recent reviews are from people who haven't purchased our product - but from prospects who were planning to buy. That basically means - the ones who buy from us are not so dissatisfied any more.
