I really need to know more about training an older dog. Bear is 8. Was never properly housebroken and never neutered He constantly tried to jump our male neutered beagle and no matter how much we take him out he will still pee on the floor. I don't want to give him up but husband is getting irritated. Can you address how to heal these habits?

The follow up emails and notifications have been helpful reminders and acts of encouragement. I feel confident about most of my dog training techniques, but reading your articles, memos, and updates have helped keep me much more consistent and on top of Wilma's training.

Yay! I finally have a step by step and very clear directions on how to train my sweet poodle. FULL of fantastic tips... Great for those of us who continually believe we're not "good enough" to be an alpha and successfully raise the "perfect" pup! This is a no brainer, y'all! I'm a teacher... and this gets an A+!

I am following the recommendations and hope to curtail some of Tommy's habits that may need some training with. I've been playing tug of war with him and now realise this is not the right thing to be doing as it increases his tendency to bite snd mouth on my hand. Oops!

So far I have done what you said about Potty training Ginger. She is right track with things... She has had a few mistakes but I believe it will work. We will see, I am on day 4 and I am hopeful...

Using your techniques our day had been going beautifully until dinner time. Burley was fed as usual and I had to include his heart worm treat. As we were preparing our dinner he started whittling in different places just little bits, like he couldn't hold it. Kind of walking and whittling. That's a why I am puzzled? Could the heart worm treat cause that?

Not too many emails and not too pushy on purchasing products (although we know that is needed to survive). My wife and I have been going back and forth on if we purchase the full training set but we have told anyone we meet (and the owners who sold us this dog) to reference Nancy and this site. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful tips!

The information which you find on their portal is pretty much like anything you may find on dog training on internet for free. Elite Dog Club's catch is one-on-one consultations which you may book weekly, BUT you are always late for booking that consultation week after week or there are technical issues on their site. If you ask for support you get no help or feedback. Do not waste your money on TrainPetDog. They are scammers.

Signed up for basic course then had a guilt trip put on me to try and get me to sign up for other courseswhich I definitely did not, was really smelling a rat! So far $150 taken from my credit card. Unable to find a direct way to communicate with them. No response to emails or ticket. Unable to get through on phone. Now in the hands of me bank.
