If you have an issue they either send an auto-respond email or completely ignore it. It's quite maddening when you make pricey purchases.
I bought a pair of Gucci shoes a month ago. I never received the shoes. The seller has been paid. Tradsy still has the shoes. I've called and emailed dozens of times. All I get is auto-replies, no answers, no service and no satisfaction.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as it seems they have nothing beyond their tech. Since I've documented everything, I guess I'll need to have my credit card company deny the payment.
Too bad, those shoes would have looked good on me.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. The seller never shipped my item and now i cannot get ahold of ANYONE at tradesy for a refund and the seller is the only person who can cancel the order. Of course the seller is also not responding to my PLEAS to be a good person and just cancel the order since they clearly are not sending me the item.

Didn't even know this site was a thing now I saved 70 it was on sale for no reason and then they just took off 20 still not sure why but thank god my bank account was already pretty light but now there's still gonna be something left

I purchased Prada perfume, Tory Burch chain, Louis Vutton Back pack all -Fakes! The company needs to be Sued for being dishonest to consumers... I want my money back...

Deanna is very prompt with her communication, answered all of my questions honestly, and she really went out of her way to package every little item just so! I felt like I was opening Christmas early, receiving many extras that I did not expect.

Do not buy from this site. They sell fake items and when you confront them, they never get back to you. This was my first purchase and I would warn anyone who wants to buy at Tradesy at your own risk. Also, do not buy from the seller "Monaco"! He sells fake stuff and does not communicate with you, so basically your money goes to toilet! And all you get is a fake bag! It may be easy to shop but these people do not care about you or your money! They just want to scam people with fake products! They have horrible customer service. Have never seen a worse customer service like this and will never buy from Tradesy!
P. S: Should have bought from Real Real. They have great service!
I purchased a FAKE Dolce Gabbana floral sunglasses from one of the seller on their site in 2015 and it turns out it is a fake item. When I confronted the customer service, they replied once and told me that the team that confirms the authenticity will check the items based on the photos I sent and they never get back to me. I WOULD NEVER buy anything from this site. They apparently do not have a competent team. Beware of buying any item from this site.

My experience was great. I received exactly what I purchased, and had excellent communication from purchase to delivery. The seller was clear and concise re: the item and the description. I am very pleased!
This website seems to be using unscrupulous dealers as the watch I received is not the watch which was pictured. It does not contain diamonds as indicated in the advertisement and there are no luminescent dots at the end of the hour markings as indicated in the photo. I'm in the process of taking it to a local Rolex dealer to check and make sure it is even an authentic Rolex.
Tradesy is not consumer friendly. I purchased one item with them and will never purchase with them again. The seller painted the bottoms Christian Louboutins and I was not savvy enough to notice or even look, I guess I still believe in the "right" in the world. I wore the shoes and they immediately fell apart. The heel and later the entire sole of the shoe began to peel off on both pairs. I contacted Tradesy and they requested I jump through hoops sending images and various other correspondence only to tell me that since I wore the item they are no longer able to be returned. A fact that I informed the first associate I spoke with regarding the matter. In other words they wasted my time only to tell me they will not reimburse me and would not have based on the first email I sent them. I am a law student (not a lawyer, cant give legal advice) and will not give up until I receive a refund, but to avoid the hassle that I am having to endure, I suggest you buy your items brand new from a luxury retailer because attorneys are more expensive than buying the full priced luxury item. Or you could try the Real Real. I have used them for various purchases and have never had this issue. :)
