After searching other websites for a specific sunglass color and shape with no luck, I finally looked at tradesy.com. In less than 10 minutes I found the perfect sunglasses! I'm really happy with how easy it was and am excited to receive my sunglasses! I wish I had been shopping on tradesy.com a long time ago!

We ordered an item from Tradesy and it arrived without any paperwork regarding the price paid and any information regarding returns incase we were not satisfied with the product. After reviewing the product we elected to return the product because it was not exactly what we wanted. In trying to make the return to the company, after emailing them several times outside of the 4 day return policy, we were finally told they would not accept the return. We could not possibly know their policy since they never provided us any paperwork with the shipment. This is not the way to do business. We stopped payment with Amex and will place our comments on Facebook and with the Better Business Bureau.

Be aware! I bought this pair of shoes on Tradesy, which has incorrect description. Long story short, the boots describe as over-the-knee boots, however, they go middle of my knee and I'm 5ft0 and under my friend's knee. I checked on the other websites, it said this style is knee-high. I believe there must be wrong so I file a claim. However, Tradesy doesn't approve it, say it's accurate and give me site credit. The funny part is the shoes were relisted by Abbey R, I believe it's Tradesy account. They post the same shoes (I know because this style is discontinue and it's already on my favorite list), but now it has different description, it's now said "TALL BOOTS". So you know they make money A LOT, now they can both give me site credit (for sure I spent on the website) and sell the shoes (for free - on their customer's money). This is FRAUD! I contacted the customer service but they said they can't do anything since it already refund to my site credit, which I don't even want to purchase ANYTHING on this site ANYMORE...
I discovered Tradesy some years ago and have been hooked every since. I'm able to get some of the top name brands around for a fraction of the price. I feel like a Queen the way i'm able to pamper myself, just knowing i'm wearing top of the line. They have always responded and provided me with excellent customer service, credits and refunds. I can't speak for other people, but my experience has been great. I will continue to do business on this site... Or maybe slow down some! LOL
Tradesy makes it easy to buy and sell items. The shipping is a breeze! I also like that it posts whether or not an item is returnable on the description page.

First item bought in mid-November for a Nov. 28 birthday, $500. Seller emailed me on Nov 27 to say they had received the order and they would ship out that week. Received item days after promised delivery date. Bag was misrepresented as a laptop bag with certain dimensions. Dimensions were not accurate and bag was too small to fit a laptop. Returned the item only to find out that the return policy is for site credit only! So found a $2000+ bag, but this time my first time buyer discount was not accepted because I used it on the misrepresented bag. All very sketchy. Now a month later I have still not received the second bag and they don't know when it will arrive. Since I have to be home to sign for it this is a big problem. Oh and the fact that my wife still has no birthday gift. These people are terrible at what they do and their customer service is as bad as I have ever experienced. If you give them your money and don't get it back it is your fault for not listening to this warning.
Dont buy on tradsey dont believe they authenticate their items best to buy from legit sites they give you 4 days to return my husband was new to sire bought me a purse for my bday so he went over the 4 day window. Its a disgrace
Bag was shipped like it was a dish rag, the box was unlined, no dust bag or cover on purse. Just bent up and thrown in a U.S. postal service priority shipping box. These bags cost way 2 much 4 that. It was purchased through tradesy but the seller was IC
This is the most Fabulous way to make your designer dreams come true! The bags are beautiful and there is a huge variety of selections. I guarantee you will find the little gem of your dreams!
Ive read several reviews and it seems to have a common theme.
1. Im not certain that all these people are actually real
2. And if they are real, its interesting how most positive reviews come from buyers. Its also interesting their reviews are based on three or four purchases; however, Ive now sold hundreds of items and I can tell you that in the aggregate they dont have such a great business model. With the way they treat Sellers, Tradesys business model is unsustainable - sellers will not be provide items knowing how terrible the customer service is towards them.

Once again I am writing as a disgruntled seller - with increasingly notable incidents of frustration. Im so offended and disgusted by the number of wrong-doings, that I have been pushed to complain and report Tradesy publicly to the media and investors. Not only is the customer service horrendous and basically invisible, they also have little to low communication competency (for a company that has raised millions). Today, Ive lost a deal due to the lack of seller awareness, poor communications, etc.
Im not sure if youre in the business to make money or anger your audience, but there is a common issue with revolving communication/customer service and decorum.
While attempting to liaise a relationship between myself and an international buyer, an inept customer service representative(s) failed to return my many attempts of contact re: request for additional pictures needed. In fact, today alone Ive waited 20 min plus to speak with someone and have never received call backs for my place in line. My buyer is no longer interested in my bag because Tradesy indicated that they could not prove authenticity; thus, implying that my bag is unauthentic.
Several issues here... Tradesy is defaming my brand because of thier negligence and poor wording. They provide little to no opportunity to provide what was requested of me - Why would a representative not contact me proactively and or reactively? Furthermore, your commission rates have substantially increased and the service has DECREASED consistently. There is no exposure to management, and Tradesy has become an advocate of the buyer, neglecting that the seller is a big part of their business. With all this being said, the tremendous increase in commissions portray Tradsey as thieves and unempathetic.
