Tradesy's customer service is great. I had a rather complicated issue and they were very understanding over the phone and credited my account $25. I ordered a dress and about 2 hours later, the seller canceled the order saying that they had lowered the price for another user who had been negotiating with them. So what? I bought it first. Negotiations do not reserve the dress - payment does, and I beat the person to it. Normally, and ethically, this would be a 'too bad' situation for the other buyer, who essentially would just be out of luck that they didn't act fast enough (and by fast enough, they took their time, as the seller only realized it a couple hours later, rather than minutes). In other words, it was 'mine' for a couple hours before either the potential other buyer or seller realized that they had not acted quickly enough. Meaning, it was rightfully mine and should have stayed that way. I bet if the buyer had taken an entire day to purchase, it still would have been reserved for them and cancelled had another person bought it within that timeframe. The seller should not have marked it down until the buyer was ready to purchase, which they clearly were not. The seller and buyer here both acted in bad faith by agreeing to cancel my order. 1) The seller should have apologized to the other buyer and agreed to sell it to me. 2) The other buyer should not have asked the seller to cancel, nor been okay with the fact that they did. I wish I knew who the buyer was. But the seller is Jillian Ziarko, a. K. *******@WonderWomanFashionJZ, so if you see her on this site or any other, AVOID her at all costs. She is dishonest, unreliable, and unethical. After reporting this activity to Tradesy, it sounds as though they will be taking moves to make sure she does not behave this way in the future. They agreed that this was unfair business practice but admitted that unfortunately they could not reinstate the order, which I understand. I do hope this seller is eventually banned from selling on Tradesy and elsewhere.

After sending a few messages to Tradesy about my order of Prada sunglasses that I haven't received, they continue to ignore me. So, I called my credit card company to reverse my payment. Thank God my order only worth $55.37 and I did not have to worry so much. I hope you guys don't have to go through of what I went through with this company. Some of you might have a pleasant experience right now, but one day they will screw you up like what this company did to me. Don't take that risk especially if you have a big and expensive purchase.

So you make a sale, thats great. Then you browse the website looking for something you need or want. Well lets say you don't need or want anything and would like to just cash out after you have made a sale... Well be prepared to wait 14-24 days before ever seeing that money. Oh ya and on top of the 30% tradesy takes from your sale they take another 10% to withdrawal it to your bank account. So far I have sold at least 6 things and buy two things from the site. But every time I want my money I loose more tradesy is by far the most greedy of all of the reselling sites. They take as much as they can from every angle. If your looking to basically trade in items its great but if your looking to make money good luck. Oh yeah and be prepared to wait almost 3 1/2 weeks for your money!

Tradesy for Sellers----'F' GRADE
I have been selling with Tradesy from their beginning.
In the beginning, things were great!
Then, GREED took over... 20% fee for what? I just cannot undertand it.
Isn't it sad that the SELLERS who GREW Tradesy (and of course ALL the new hard working sellers) are being totally SCREWED OVER!
If PAYPAL/AMAZON can get your money to your bank account within 24/48 hours respectively when a seller processes a transfer, then Tradesy has just TOTALLY lost their principle!
They at Tradesy feels they got this... BUT THE TRUTH is that they are going to make their best sellers disappear.
I have a friend who sells on EBay, and has over 500 VERY HIGH END ITEMS there. She has only 150 items on Tradesy. We all know why.
I have never seen a company go from black to white, a company so fradulent with their LIES...
You call their customer service about why it is taking taking 5 weeks for you the seller to get your money... they all have the same BS answer!
Obviously, they are all reading from the same BS sheet of paper.
To top it all, SALES ARE SO SLOW... ridiculous!
To new would be sellers... read ALL the reviews... BUT my honest 100% advice is... DO NOT THINK ABOUT SELLING ON THIS PLATFORM...

Straight and to the point... I have been a successful eBay seller for more than 4 years and with about 1000 listings at any given time. I only sell high-end women's fashion items. About two years ago, eBay slowed down a bit so I decided to list some of my inventory on Tradesy to make up for the loss in eBay sales. I listed about 200 items at the time and today I still have about 100 items available on Tradesy. Luckily, I've never had scamming problems with buyers but Tradesy is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

They must have serious cashflows issues. Their fees have reached 20% and believe it or not, that's not even the bad news. It get's worse... the process for getting paid is freaking ridiculous.

Despite having about 100 successful sales without ever having a problem or customer complaint AND being a "verified" seller, my money still takes 3 weeks to become available. Again, TO BECOME AVAILABLE! Then, I have to wait another 10 days for the money to show up in my bank account ( plus, they charge an additional 2.9% "safe transfer fee" to even get your money).

Don't even try contacting customer support. You get the same B. S. robotic response no matter who it is responding to you. This site is so BUNK! And their business tactics and behavior indicate that they are having issues - cash issues.

FYI, this is the first time I am ever leaving any sort of feedback or review online. They have frustrated me that much. Complete disregard for their sellers and a waste of time.

And it's not like sales are so incredible either. If they were, I might still be listing on there. Slow sales / not enough customers, ridiculous fees and even more ridiculous wait times. Tradesy is a joke.

Horrible! Whatever you do DO NOT I repeat DO NOT sell on this site. Tradesy will keep your money. They charge a whopping 20 percent off of your sale and THEN they even charge you to transfer your money to your bank. No other site does this. Also If you pull them up on the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) they have 328 complaints filed against them. I sold a pair of Valentino Rockstud Heels which retails at currently 1000 btw to this person, she wore them and damaged them and tradesy kept my funds and is making me take the shoes back damaged even though the buyer damaged them. They dont give a sh*t about the sellers they just want to make the money off of you and they STEAL. Look them up on the BBB and see all the complaints. Poshmark is great! Sell and buy on Poshmark and EBAY not Tradesy. There is another lady below who also states they kept her money and have not returned her jewelry. These people dont even have a phone number in thecreturns department, so you know they are shady. Poshmark is awesome. Whatever you do dont sell on here you will REGRET it!
