I sold a $2400 Valentino bag I wore once, In perfect condition... My bag was returned to me 14 days later because the customer wanted to return the item. First of all this was supposed to be a final sale item. Second of all It came back destroyed! Marks all over the back... This girl wore and destroyed my bag! Worst experience of my life, left me in panic. I have had great experiences with Ebay and Poshmark... This site is a monster and will be sued for not protecting their seller! Allowing people to damage personal property! I Will be seeking legal action

I can spend hours on this site adding items to my wishlist for my entire family! I don't care about what's in season. I care about what I love and there are so many items on sale and at discounted prices. There are brand new items never even worn! I love this site and highly recommend it to anyone who loves designer styles and think they can never wear them. I'm waiting for my items now and hope there are no issues. I love that they have a return policy and guarantee of authenticity. No more department stores for me!

I can tell tradesy is trying to do some damage control. There are a ton of fake reviews written by them. They can steal money right out of your pending at any time. They took money for a pair of my shoes that they claimed weren't authentic and then went on to sell the shoes through one of their user names. When I asked about my shoes they aid the seller never sent them back. They are thieves so watch your earnings, they can take money from you at any time. It takes 35 days to get paid and have the money transferred to your account.

Worst service ever. Buyers can wear, tear, destroy your merchandise and tradesy in a blink of an eye will return it to you. They are a nightmare to sellers, absolutely sides with the buyer 100%. This allows the buyer to do whatever they please, no questions asked--I've had 3 items returned to me, all sent in absolutely perfect unworn condition and all 3 returned damaged to the core. As of this moment, I'm deleting everything from that fuc**d up site, no seller protection whatsever... be ware of you have high end items that you do not want to have returned damaged.

I put a claim through paypal explaining my situation. I marked the item as not as represented on Paypal. Tradesy never responded to the claim and paypal approved my claim. I was refunded in about 10 days. With Paypal you have 6 months to submit the claim. They didnt need to see the product either. Which could be bad for sellers if you have dishonest buyers. I still wouldnt recommend Tradesy for buying/selling. Ive had a better experience on Therealreal.com buying.

Tradesy does not protect the seller AT ALL. I could maybe tolerate the fact that it takes 21 long days to get your funds, or the outrageous fees (20%)... but the last two incidents have made me delete my account. Twice now I have sent 2 items that were in perfect, new with tags condition. Both sellers returned my items (probably just because they didn't like it). Tradesy never notified me of the return, and never responded to me when I sent them several photos of the item. It's bull$#*!. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a bag an older Louis Vuitton cross-body purse on Tradesy through a popular vendor, and after a week of use, the leather part that connects the purse to the strap completely broke making the purse unusable. I called Tradesy not realizing that their customer service line closes at 1:00 and after being on hold for 10 - 15 minutes waiting to connect to someone and I finally did at 12:58 I was disconnected because the clock struck 1:00. I then e-mail Tradesy to find out what could be done about my over $600 unusable purchase and no response. I finally spoke with a customer service representative today and was told, I could go somewhere to get it fixed at my own expense. And, that was my only option because I was outside of the 4 day return window. I am completely dissatisfied with the policies, the rep was polite and as helpful as he could be, but it's Tradesy lack of customer service policies that I am now getting punished, it's like paying for an expensive parking ticket! I had loved Tradesy in the past and had some amazing purchased, but now I will never go through them again unless they ultimately come back to me with some resolution, but I have high doubts that will happen. If you do go through Tradesy, be careful with what you purchase and through who, because Tradesy WILL NOT help you, they will just tell you to go spend more of your own money!
