I just received an email from Tradesy that my brand new with tags $495 dress (which I sold for $224) is being returned because there is wear and a broken zipper neither of which were the case when I carefully packaged the dress and spent $34 to ship it. I video document my items and packing for exactly this reason yet Tradesy advised that they do not care. I will now be receiving a used and broken (!?) dress back from Tradesy and am also out the shipping and insurance. I have over 100 high fashion items listed and have had 18 perfect sales on Tradesy, but have to say I am considering removing everything and switching to another site that protects sellers. Im really quite upset that Tradesy allows such fraud.
I actually have purchased several designer previously loved pieces from tradesy this year alone. There is a provision (Affirm) that allows me to pay in monthly installments. Im taking advantage of it for at least one of those purchases. Love tradesy.

I have been shopping at Tradsey for a while now and I've not been dissappointed with any of my purchases. I feel that the return policy is good and. If I wanted to return an item it would be easy.

My first Tradesy transaction was purchasing a pair of shoes. They were two different sizes, did not fit, and I was told I could not get a refund. A waste if money for something I could not use.
Then, I decided to sell a few items-their customer base was much like Ebay-igh maintenance, dictating price, ect. I sold an LV bag far below retail-buyer did not like the price she paid (bc she initially offered $300 less), complained to Tradesy, and was offered a free return.
This buyer returned an old jacket in place of my bag and Tradesy said "too bad"
Buy elsewhere because Tradesy will screw you one way or another!
These are great purses and there is a great selection to choose from - if you are wanting a high end bag- products show up withing 2 days - bag was as described but decided bag was bigger than I needed - easy return and was able to purchase the bag I really needed and wanted.

The look of the shoe and the purse, the sizes of both were what I wanted. The material looked good, the usefulness would be there for me. I DO NOT BUY for any "claimed name" or brand! You are a fool if you do this without at least FIRST having the article in your hands (i. E. in a store or from a seller trusted to return your money- if not satisfied.) DO NOT SELL because of a hot Brand - that you originally paid for. You are a natural "set-up" for a buyer to use, abuse and send back. All the whining I am reading is these people's own FAULT! Especially after reading a near perfect balance between ONE/TWO Stars and Five/Four Stars! That's a natural warning to be very careful either as a Buyer, who will lose their money or a Seller who could lose the value of their article. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews and GET SMART! Porter W.

I have bought 16 items from Tradesy and sold 3 or 4 purses there and have had wonderful experiences. I only had one experience where I had to return a purse that was nasty and they took care of it immediately. I will continue to shop there and highly recommend it to anyone who wants designer items but at a fraction of the cost.
