Accidentally purchased the wrong year of service manual, asked for a refund and had the money refunded to me with two hours. Then went on to buy the correct year and it's exactly what I wanted.

Very disappointed... as a service manual it's not even close. Could not even find how to remove the cigarette ash tray.
I had a chance to get my money back but got busy and forgot to check my email and the 7 days had expired. $20 bucks down the drain
These geniuses will sell you third party manuals and then claim that they didn't receive your payment. So, if the manual is bad you have to deal with some unknown vendor to whom you didn't intend to pay and they will happily get off the picture!
Don't give business to these fraudsters!
Easy to use. Had to complete survey before I could access download which was inconvenient. Other than that, the service seemed fine. Fair price. Not sure how well the manual is as I have not been able to download yet. East to use. Minimum 100 word character is inconvenient.
Haven't used it yet, just downloaded it. Will be using it the next days to come and will see how it is. The reason for the 5 stars is the ability to download and have it here to use now!

The down load manual now makes my maintenance work easy, confident and more efficient/fun. The knowledge that the manual provides gives me a competent understanding of the maintenance and repair work for my Mazada RX8. Well worth the small money you pay to gain so much expertise.
Found such a bizarre mix of different precious "things" (can something you download still be called a "thing"? I guess so) that I felt compelled to write about this wonderfully unique marketplace here.
I don't know of anywhere else on the web where one can buy a karaoke track, a repair manual, an animal sound effect and a self-help book - all in one basket! (Yes, incredibly I had use for and bought all of those things from Tradebit - in one basket).
The site itself is very reliable and its easy to navigate and make purchases - files are delivered by a link sent to your email straight away. Sometimes I visit and just browse all the weird and wonderful things available there (this sometimes ends up in a compulsive buy, I will admit) - it's the online equivalent of a digital flea market!

I bought this "repair manual" since I can not find a Haynes or Chilton repair manual for my car! Very frustrating in this download... IT IS USELESS! This download for my car has 8,485 pages with NO TABLE OF CONTENT, OR A PAGE NUMBER TO HELP NAVIGATE though all 8,485 pages! I tried to make do, however who has time to click that many pages to even see if the repair I am seeking is even available in this manual... I gave up! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and try a different down load as I am going to do the same... except wasted my 20.00 already!
Had a sunday off to get a few repairs done on my bike, purchased a manual for a yamaha xv1700 S, got a manual for a xv1600. Wrote in expressing my disdain. Got a reply the next day with no solution, simply passed the buck. Foolishly purchased from a second vender. This time got a maunal for a xv1700P totally different bike. I decided to try my luck Strike three! Same manual as before. Coincidentally both of these manuals in particular are free downloads all over the net. Too bad they werent the one i needed. SAVE YOURSELF
They make you think you are getting the shop manual when its really just the stupid chilton haynes book the book you can buy on ebay for 15.00$ I already have that book they are misleading. Dont waste your time and dont risk your credit card info to a scam site that just rips people off. Just go buy the stupid chilton at autozone!

Looked good 100% guaranteed 100% money back but they have this set up almost exactly like other scam sites, its just a simple pdf download but they have some Rube Golberg operation going through emails multiple pages codes you need to enter but cannot cut and past plus a list of disclaimers of why its your fault then the undoable maze has a time limit. And pop ups every 3 seconds showing someone else just bought one, why? You already have my money you don't have to try to not look like a scam anymore the access key comes back as invalid and in order to get your product that they already know you ordered they sent you threw a few more pages again telling them what you wanted even though you already bought it but now you have to enter information on a higher priced reoccurring payment scam how are they not in jail? If they wanted to be legitimate you would buy the product and download it because its very simple and in order to make an endless maze of hoops to jump through is a much more difficult process, this site says they have something like 3.75 stars out of five so 7 out of 10 that's horrific if you went to a store or website that pissed you off 3 out of ten why would that be a favorable rating? Tradebit is not acting legitimate
They tell you that they have your manual, then send you to some other site. That site tells you they have the manual you want, but then send you something different? You can't ever get ahold of someone and no one ever e-mails you back. What a ripoff!
