Great value for LTE that runs off Verizon's network. Finally got some new features like mobile hotspot and more data per plan. Also now includes wi fi calling which is nice too. If value is what you're looking for without compromising data speed and quality of service this is a good choice for you. Since I've been with them (about three years) they have continued to improve both their offerings and website. I've had some minor troubles but if you are firm with customer service they will find someone who can help if they're unable. I had a personal call made to me by corporate to ensure things got handled which I appreciated. So is customer service good overall? No, definitely needs improvement but I've had a great overall experience and for the price it is a steal! Would not go back to Verizon and pay well over $100 a month when I can pay $35 for almost the same thing.
