It took a little longer than I had expected and hoped for. My request was assigned to a writer and then had to be transferred to a new writer. I assume the first writer was overbooked, or no longer employed. Either way, the services were definitely worth waiting for! My writer was kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service if you are having trouble getting your resume reviewed.
I'm currently looking to switch career paths so was willing to submit my resume for help. Whatever software they use to parse through your resume is subpar, so I could only imagine that any doctoring to it will also be subpar. For example, their software reported back that my employment and work experience is two years, despite my resume reflecting 10+ years.
I received an email today thanking me for resubmitting my resume for critiques, which I didn't. The software seems to want to give a middling rating so you'll consider spending close to $200 for their "services."

The experience was very easy on my end. All I had to do was submit my current resume that I had made myself and answer a few questions. Less than a week later I had a resume that was put together far better than the one that I did. It also explained my work experience with better detail and more professionalism too. I have applied to several jobs since using my new resume and today I received an email saying that I have made it to the next step in the application process!

I went through the process of having my resume reviewed and rewritten. During the writing process I raised concerns that I felt my re-write was pigeon holing me in a field that I was no longer in, and had no interest in. I have been sending out my resume for a couple of months now with no responses. I literally just trying to take the next step, go from 5 years as Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. When I contacted TopResume I cannot get the same person to respond to answers are all over the place and some are out right offensive, bashing my experience and credentials (Thanks, Erica). I just lost $189 and am going to have to shell out more to get a more professional service to do the same work.

I have used Top Resume to rewrite my resume and they took more time than anticipated but finally I got into an internship the next day with the rewritten resume. I don't know its luck or my resume. Hiring manager has seen my resume and told me this is what I'm looking for and I got an interview call.
