CV Now make claims they can not or will not back up with hard evidence.

Having paid for an Executive CV, Cover Letter, Post Interview Thank You Letter and enhanced LinkedIn Profile I received error strewn, grammatically incorrect attempts at documents which contained blatant lies about my career history. The rest was nothing but poorly judged, on their part, cut and paste sections of my own efforts.

On asking for a refund they offered 50% or for another of their top 10% of their network writers to look at it.

I was understandably hesitant based on the dross I'd received, so I requested disclosure of the new writer's credentials as proof they were competent. I was refused any information.

Their mis-advertising has been reported to the appropriate authorities.

If you want a decent service and quality products, my advice is to use a different company! Do not use CV Now!

I loved my experience with TopCV. The communications were perfect and the result is just best! I am very satisfied. They are very understanding too. I was foolish enough to purchase the most expensive package and was I received is nothing if not a complete joke. The new "CV" is full of wrong facts, copied from company websites, sentences that make no sense, my actual career is unrecognisable, and the language can only be describes as leading to immediate career suicide if ever sent out. I specifically asked for a European writer, what I received can best be called an over the top sales pitch for someone who has no resemblance to me or my career whatsoever. Customer service slow and non reactive, a promised revision never came through despite my order including 2 revisions within a 7 day period. HANDS OFF!

I was pleasantly surprised on the speed and quality of the review overall.
As for improvement points, it was so fast and prompt that I first believed to be something automatic instead of a real person doing it.
The first part did sound a bit mechanic.

As improvement points, I suggest you start with something informal, ice breaker because it sounded like it was a standard response.
Overall great initiative, I received some amazing points that to my shame did not think of.

I clicked through the job site and there's not much job postings for my state. In your ads you make it seem like there's a lot. Then you send a lot of spam asking to pay some recruiter to find jobs for me. What nonsense! I am looking to get paid fora job, I'm not here to hire people to look for jobs for me. That time I'm called running my own business when I'm hiring people. So why would I even want to register at your lousy site! Your CV reviewer gives some points that is ok but at the same time some points that doesn't even make sense! Did you hire a nobody to just simply dish out stupid advises? I don't need your stupid advises nor would I want your CEO sending foreword that does nothing for me. Waste of time.
