This is basically a scam. I bought their best package and got absolute rubbish in return. Sent back for so many revisions and eventually gave up. They just ignored me when I asked them to focus on certain things or change themes.
They claim they can get you a writer who is an expert in your field. This is a lie. I work in finance so hardly niche, and the writer clearly did not understand some very basic concepts. I had to give more than one writer a crash course in my field. Pointless. They give you a nice template but you could just download that from Google.
Oh, and to top it off, the writers are not native English and their English is poor for professional writers. Expect typos, weird context and poor grammar.

Poor service was promised a redo of my CV if no interviews within 60 days and when I tried to claim this I was completely ignored. I tried to complain and was again ignored. They claim to be good at writing CV's. Avoid TOPCV complete waste of money and time and very poor service
