Watch this company. They provide poor support service and your money is wasted. If a refund is requested, they will keep 50 euros and refund the rest. In my case, the platform did not work properly. Once you start feeding it with your information, it might freeze and won't let you finish. They won't assist you, and when asking for a refund they won't fully refund and will find a way to keep partially your money. Not recommended. Worst experience ever.

The person designing my CV and cover letter had really good communication throughout the whole process. However, it has made no impact on my job search, the cv has been broken into bullet points making it a lot easier to read and specific in terms of achievements. I have had feedback from some recruitment agencies stating that the CV does not highlight the skills for Human resources which is the role that I am applying for. Another recruiter did a match with their AI system and stated that it only had 81% match as it used a lot of repetitive verbs and did not highlight skills I have that match HR. I have emailed regarding the issue and had no response

Very professional and expert in what they are doing!

Despite a good background and expertise, my CV has always been suffering from a professional style, which is now corrected. To me, the description they write for each job experience and the way they organise the contents in a relevant manner is the most important strength of their work which makes the CV very catchy but professionally written.
About the money you pay, it might look expensive in the first glance, but it does worth it. It's a once-off money for a lifetime career.

I thought my writer (Cheryl) did well to turn my experiences, accomplishments and my skills into a more concise/comprehensive format. The CV template was visually well laid out to get it past ATS. The cover letter also complemented the CV much better and in a way that gives a glance. She also considered my comments within the allotted time and gave me further suggestions for adding future skills/competencies to my CV. I would highly recommend if you're tired of getting the same old automated rejections instead of getting more responses/interviews straight away. Thank you TopCV.

The first draft I received had obvious mistakes. Furthermore, some of the information in the first draft was wrong. This was an indication that they had not assigned me a writer familiar with my field. So, I decided not to continue with them. But, as they insisted, I did provide feedback (after a week by receiving their last email). It took me 4 hours. But, then I did not hear from them for 10 days. After 10 days, they sent me a file which had implemented only 30% of my comments and they said it is the last version. Most of all, I am sorry for my time.

I expected to get better results than my original CV. On the contrary, the ATS scoring got worse and the writer twisted my experience into weird direction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service to anyone, it is total waste of money.

The quality of the output documents was excellent, beyond my expectations and have landed me at the final interview for a CEO role at a newly established organisation (to be held in a week's time). The only drawback is that there is no human interaction which would make the process more valuable and the client more assured that they are on the right track with the redrafted documents. Perhaps one on one sessions could be offered as a premium service?

Awful experience. The writer did not review his/her own work before sending me my first out of the three edits. The grammar was appalling, while the sentences made no sense. They had clearly used a template, while leaving parts of the template in the edit they sent me. For example it said i worked as an Account Director for a company in the USA when i am a Project Manager in the UK. When contacting them they responded really quickly however their resolution was to give me a discount on further edits as it was out of their 7 day review period.
I suggest to be avoided!

I received my CV earlier than initially signalled, this was a pleasant surprise. Ashton did a great job with my CV. I'm giving the whole package a 4-star rating because I had the feeling he did not look at my LinkedIn profile beforehand and had suggested a lot of things which were already there in the first place. The suggestions came off as standard, reused. Other than that, I'm happy with the outcome.

Following a scathing review of my original CV, I paid for the top service including CV, Cover letter and Linkedin makeover. The CV was drafted twice, but was no use at all. There were spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and the syntax seemed to be that of a non English Speaker. I did not even get my Linkedin profile in draft. After complaint I have been offered 30% refund. My advice, don't go there.
