Hi, My colleagues and I are technology professionals who wanted play around and see how genuine this site. We all submitted our CVs (6 in total) written and lied out differently. We all pretty much got the same result. I am not going into the details how the 'robot' works behind this, but it is very basic so you are not really gaining anything high class. The fact the website using Katie Warren to make it more personal is a shame as it trying to come across as our CV was review by an actual person. I don't know what honest service provider would choose such misleading technique? Therefore, I have no trust to give my money for such business.
Easy process with excellent assistance from my appointed CV writer called Susan, each correspondence was clear and all points were discussed and agreed very quickly with her input.

His is the worst website i have ever had in my career. This is unprofessional and providing fake " copy paste" Material to their customers. I have spent 189 USD Dollar Package Career Evolution. I have struggled since last 3 Months they dont have skillful writer and their customer department is not resolved my queries.
They just kept my money and added nothing project details, search on profile. I would strongly recommend its better to download free template and convert you CV / Profile while spending money on them.
Hope fully some action should be taken for these type of service provider to create bad image all over the world.
I've had my cv reviewed by the career development centre in my university but the level of detail I received from TopCV is far superior. Very comprehensive and sent me in a new direction with how I approached it's construction. Cannot recommend them highly enough
After being rather pleased with their free review, I opted to get my cv rewritten as I had not much spare time or energy to do so.
While I admit my cv was an improvement, my writer Chris was sloppy, had to constantly chase him. They state on their website it typically takes a week or two, NOPE, it took mine over 4 weeks! They promise 2 revisions, Chris totally ignored me after the first revision, and customer service started ignoring me too. So I just ended up doing the final revision myself! Honestly, save your hard earned cash and use another company.
Similar to many of the other reviews on here I see that it's either a full 5 star or a 1. I think I know which ones are genuine.
DO NOT send them any money. The CV I received was appalling in both layout, grammar and tone. Clearly written by someone overseas. The best bits where the parts copied and pasted from my original supposed "poor" CV.
No response to my request for full refund. You will not be able to send a recruiter anything they produce. Plus they took over a week to respond with just standard template emails to keep me waiting..
Big promises, two deadlines missed and standard message response s when you try to get in touch for an explanation of what's going on. Mattered made worst by fact that whilst waiting I've missed opportunities to apply for key roles.
Working with senior CV writer, yet the experience is as if they simply put some of my key-words into a ready made template full of superlatives. Very impersonal and hard to read. I feel no connection with the content and have seen few signs that they actually listen to my feedback. You cannot get your money back, hence you are forced to spend ton's of time trying to get heard, with little/no improvement. Even typos in revised version.
Very poor quality outcome. Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, no insight or understanding of my industry. I have shared the CV with colleagues who agree that it is unusable. Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone at any stage of their career. Total waste of my money - embarrassed that I fell for this scam.
This was something I put into abeyance for a number of reasons. The main ones being business, laziness and borderline incompetence especially with regard to the edits. I didn't wish to let go of that surgery I did 12 years ago! Nicole B. Was a highly competent professional who cut through the noise and delivered several quality edits of my original fairly decent material and it all made for an efficient and interactive not to mention pleasant exchange of information. In short if you wish to showcase your skills in a professional manner engage these fine folks. It's worth it and will pay immediate dividends.
If I could give this service a negative score, i would probably go with -5 stars as my CV is in a worse state than when it went in. Somebody who is likely to have English as a 4th language ruined it by butchering my content with a thesaurus.

A complete waste of money. Spelling mistakes, wrong English expressions, for both the CV and the cover letter. They are so badly written I cannot use them. I have raised two claims, still waiting. Please avoid them
It had been very helpful to get the honest in-depth insight review of my CV.
Although I cannot afford to subscribe or pay at this moment to professionally rewrite my CV from experts.
I never ever thought from this point of view while making my CV altogether it was made in an old fashioned format last decade.
It's time to change and make a new one.

If you want your CV professionally done, and want to deal with professionals stay away from these third rate unprofessional people.
When making my €300 order, I explicitly requested a phone conversation with my writer - these people completely ignored my request and when I finally rang them up to find out why they didn't respond to my question.
Instead, they wanted €50 to accept my phone call request and €75 to cancel it. Do not touch them with a ten foot pole - they're low class scammers who use a UK profile to build credibility - they can't even speak English, let alone write a paragraph in it. Total scam - I'm about $100 poorer for trying them and cancelling my order before it even began.
Shereen T worked quickly and her updates to my professional docs were excellent. We had a lot of exchanges via email and she took my feedback on board and adjusted things accordingly. Now I feel like I'm ready to properly search for employment.
I purchased CV & Cover letter. I was given a deadline when this would be finished by and when all editing had to be finished by. Got letter and CV draft quite quickly. Immediately replied with amendments required. Heard nothing for 7 days and that then went beyond deadline. Also needed to get new CV out to employers as deadline for these were looming. Spoke to CS and they said the writer would be in touch within 24 hours. 48hrs still nothing. Had to finish it myself so I could meet application deadlines. Have contacted CS via email requesting a refund. Let's hope they can at least honour this request

Honestly, I am well surprised over the quality of this free service. The feedback covered absolutely everything, from visual presentation to overused words and language. It also shed some insight into ATS, which I didn't even know existed! Well worth it. :)
