Good site to use for very good service. Andrey was particularly good in guiding us thru the process. My wife and Used the site for booking a trip to India. Wish they were able to offer discounts on two Middle Eastern Airlines that are highly rated Qatar and Emirates.

Serge was very prompt in getting me the quote. The itinerary was exactly as I had hoped so he had paid attention to my likes/dislikes in terms of carriers - thank you. He sent me the itinerary information but called back for payment before I had a chance to review it. Once that was resolved everything was done appropriately and without delay.

Did not use website per se -
Emailed & got prompt responses. Ended up having the lovely lively Leo Levy patiently assist with our ticket purchase which made it less painful. Just paid for the tix now so can't comment on the actual travel experience yet, but so far so good. Appreciate his assistance & persistence & timely communication.
