Top Business Class

I was promptly served, but was not initially told how I would collect the ticket, if the airlines would contact me, etc. I had to ask for this information, because there was little follow-up.
An e-mail explaining how to do this would have been helpful, rather than requesting such information. It should be a part of every sales service with TopBusinessClass.

The agent I worked with, Natasha, was very competent and dedicated to making my trip possible at a reasonable price. She explored several options and found exactly the itinerary I desired. I can't say enough good things about her service as well as the company.

He listened to our needs, quickly gave us options, continued to look for reduced/lower prices and, eventually, secured a first class ticket for less than we had expected to pay for a discounted business-class seat. Serge has become my go to to get great business class flights from the US to Asia. He not only find me great deals but literally takes care of everything down to getting my seats secured. Even when I have date changes, he handles it all for me.

Danny was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He understood my needs and my desires, came up with a couple of options. When I gave him the okay to book it, he called me back because he found what was a potentially better option. He used his initiative to offer me another choice. I will be using TopBusinessClass. Again, and Danny in particular. Five Star service!

Mark got us excellent flights for our vacation plans, making the best use of American Express points and frequent traveler programs. Then, when we discovered to our dismay we had made a mistake on dates, he resolved our problem quickly and with a minimum of pain. Very professional and responsive to all our questions.

I have bought business class tickets with different companies before. I am glad I decided to give Top Business Class a try. Joseph was easy to get on the phone, I can tell he worked hard to find a ticket that would work for my schedule and preferences, I appreciate his effort very much.

I asked her to make several changes before I settled on our desired flights and she never complained but went right to work to see what she could do. Natasha has been great! Got us in Q-Suites on Qatar to Africa for $2,000.00 per seat less than the best deal we could find online. She just helped us again for our Hawaii tickets and saved us $1,000.00 per seat. Very professional, very attentive.

This is the first time I have used this service, but Joseph was so helpful, courteous and friendly that this is definitely where I would look to book any future travel. (The questionnaire asks about satisfaction with the "product," and of course I will only know the answer to that after our trip, but based on Joseph's descriptions I feel sure it will be an excellent flight.)

I requested business class rates for several itineraries and received pricing from Naomi. She did an excellent job.

We have postponed our travel but will contact Naomi again when we firm up our travel plans.
