Serge went over and above the call of duty in working with me in getting the air line tickets that we needed. We first found this service when business plans called for us to fly to Singapore in 2014. They were able to save us almost 50% over what we would have paid if we booked ourselves, and the airlines they used were exceptional. We have since used them two additional times, including this month where they, again, saved us 50% over any other available provider
All of the staff we worked with, especially Mark Yu, have been very pleasant and accommodating, especially given the number of curveballs we've lobbed at them! They do their best work as the departure dates get closer, so if you're patient you'll end up better for it.
Not able to use my own mileage membership for the trip was a bit of a problem.
Since I do mobile check in, and get the boarding pass on my cell phone which is connected to my own mileage program membership number.
I understand that I can't get any mileages for this trip, but this trip doesn't even calculated in my trip, and not showing in my dashboard was a bit hassle every time I was trying to check the flight status, gate numbers, etc.
I am an 80 year-old woman who wasn't sure I could still fly to Europe and the Middle East. Leo's assistance made the process easy. The middle name for our granddaughter (for our trip to Italy in July) is still not accurate on the Lufthansa website. However, Nick told me that I don't need to worry because middle names don't matter.

Overall, fairly good experience except I don't like that I can't add my Frequent Flyer number to my reservations or risk having the ticket voided. Also, don't like not being able to choose my own seat. Worst part on my most recent purchase was that luckily I caught the fact that they had booked me in a Basic Economy seat on one of my domestic legs. That category of tickets should NEVER be booked when paying as much as we do for the tickets. My representative corrected it to an economy main cabin, but I'm still having trouble selecting my own seat.

I am hesitant to rate satisfaction until after trip is completed. At this point I have been very happy with the experience.
My hesitance has to do with a couple of the tight connections and will see if transfers go with little issues.
Loved working with Alex! He is warm, personable and knowledgeable! Was a little skeptical at first, as it seemed unlikely that airfares could be a fraction of the costs, but once he explained the method, it made sense and better than that...it works!
There was a change in my itinerary after the original purchase. I had a very difficult time getting any response so went directly to Delta and they helped me reschedule flights.
I have referred your service to 2 friends who travel quite a bit. They never got a response to their inquirey.
I called regarding future plans for this fall and the young man I spoke with was not at all helpful.
My flights on this trip to Africa worked out well but I and others I've referred have not had the best experience
