Just a note. I just got back from my China/Japan trip.

What I like the most, next to Andrey's service is that since I am authorized by my company to fly at normal business class price, I can actually get first class seats at less than the published business class fare. That's makes my travel life much better --for sure.

Chris Stark is an absolute asset to the company, after checking around and seeing the cost of business airfares were over $5000 each way Chris was able to get us in business class international top rated airline life flat seats for less than $2000 per person, this is the first of many trips planned and Chris is already working on the second one for us. Definitely someone to work with.

Steve Pereira was of great help and took the pain and time I would have spent booking a flight to Europe on my own. He is highly knowledgeable, honest and open and he provided me with a better rate for business class than I could have found online. I highly recommend booking with Steve and I will certainly do so for future flights.

Mark Yu was an exceptional gate keeper in our flight planning process. He offered his own experiences in helping us make informed choices. I always felt he had our best interests foremost in his mind. It was an altogether pleasant and rewarding experience.

Due to the coup in Thailand, we were forced to make a couple of changes to our travel plans. Both times Jason worked with us to find flights and prices that met our needs. Jason did an outstanding job meeting our travel requirements.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Be patient while they research available airfares. It can take a few days until they find something that works for you. Not for you if you must have something today. What they find is as good or better than what you'll get from airlines or other travel websites. It's worth the wait.

If you are willing to be a bit flexible, this is a great place to get reasonable business class fares. I have found that it usually takes 24 hours for them to get back to you after you log your request but, since it saved me $6000, it was worth it!

I was so pleased that Andrey was able to find me a much reduced fare for my upcoming trip to Italy. He was very helpful and nice to work with and I am looking forward to contacting him in the future to help us with our travel plans. Thank you Andrey!
