Let me start with * - shady guy - shady company - STOLE MONEY MINE AND MANY Others. I have been informed that a travel voucher issued on 4/11/2024 number ************** (confirmed by Russell on 7/24/2024 at 7:31pm) and then refunded $4800 to topbusinessclass.com, and we are in end of July 2024 and they have not refunded my money back to me for a flight that Qatar cancelled back in January 2024. Need I say more. */topbusinessclass are liar, the company is not ethical, the owner should be behind bars, the people working there are crooks and the department of justice and consumer affairs along with the travel industry allow these people to continue to scam people. They need a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested?

Easy to arrange overall tho Kim airlines did not honor request for wheelchair assistance more than once (we had 4 flights) & changed seats Amsterdam was tough. Without notice. Also lounge access was not what we would have wished. Our broker tried to help but it was a little frustrating. Also one leg of outbound travel was o. Smallest airbus made so it was practically economy seating except we were in row 1 bulkhead so that was disappointing.
One agent was extremely rude! Nick, on the other hand called and made my experience a good one. I still don't think I will do business with the company again. One bad apple!
Andrew is an excellent agent. He is very patient and thorough. I started my search for flights weeks before we finally booked them. During that period, he provided multiple itineraries, responded promptly to my requests, and found the perfect itinerary. He job was complicated because we were coordinating our flights with another couple departing from another city.
Robert was extremely responsive and flexible in finding flight alternatives given my multiple changes in travel plans. TBC / Robert found airline and flight combinations I failed to discover on my own. Haven't traveled yet but extremely satisfied so far!
