This is the WORST experience so far. I'm giving it 1 star because no star is not an option. Also, because they gave me a great deal on my flights to India. When i wanted to make changes to my tickets, everything went downhill.
My agent Naomi, is either untrained, unskilled or a part of a SCAM that she is unaware of. She made me travel all the way to India without a return ticket in hand- telling me when we exchange tickets this is the most normal way to do it. So that I will save money. My travel was so important that I had no choice but to trust her. I was going for 2 weeeks. I did not have my return tickets until 2 days before my return. I'm not even mentioning the pathetic customer service I recieved during the follow up calls/emails.
Then she makes us fill out an exchange form. Tells us that our tickets will be booked shortly, and we're ready to go home. This is also the ticket we didn't want but had no option because I had to return to work.
After a few hours she tells us that those tickets were gone. So now we have no return tickets again!
She told me that we can earn credits for the travel we didn't use. Which turns out to be BS. She said that she responded this way because I "pressured" her to give me a response. Apparently a customer service agent can't take pressure and blames the client. The client is expected to remain calm 2 days before travel from India to US with no tickets in hand.
We had to cancel out tickets with her. The money that they stole from us. Book ourselves with Expedia. Spend $4.7K and return home. There is still no explanation on the stolen return tickets of ours, which we clearly didn't use. DO NOT trust google reviews. Check reviews on Yelp. There are no paid reviews there and all we have is real experiences.
This may be one of my greatest discoveries for travel after more than 30 years. I have just booked my second trip to Thailand with Will Marmer of Fly Elite Travel. My first trip 4 months ago was amazing and here I am with the same great service and value to save 70% on Business Class to Thailand. I have already referred friends who are just as thrilled with the savings and service as I am.
Unfortunately, it appears that I lost my mileage credit when I flew to Africa as the miles went to Air france and not to Delta which is where I wanted them to go and where they should have gone. It cost me a lot of miles to lose.
I am very satisfied with processing in finding the tickets and purchasing them. Serge Arbitman whom I contacted via emails and phone calls has been very persistent and efficient. I am very pleased to deal with him.
I was on a flight from Charlotte NC to New York JFK.
Squeezed up in economy planning a trip to New Zealand. There was an add in a magazine or on my phone so I raised the question of flights and costs as an enquiry only. The follow up I recived was great and the price was great. The only problem at that time was my travel dates. Chris worked with me to get acceptable travel dates at an acceptable price.
The customer service person Olga Volha was polite and patient with my request. She helped find the route and airlines within the price range I was looking for. This was my first booking with TopBusinessClass.com and I am very pleased with the service quality.
The accomodations were the best! We were treated as if we were royalty by the flight stewards on our El Al
Flights to and from Tel Aviv. The food was wonderful and someone was always there to make sure we were
Comfortable throughout our flights.
The entire process purchasing through Fly Elite Class was smooth and trouble free from beginning to end. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future as this is the best service of this type I have experienced anywhere on the web. There are MANY competitors in this travel space, but Fly Elite Class goes above and beyond and is definitely the leader in the industry for price and service.

I was flying from Austin, Texas, to Lisbon, Portugal, and needed to arrive at about the same time as a friend flying from Los Angeles to Lisbon. Alex was extremely courteous and helpful in finding flights that arrive very close together and also getting an excellent price.
I recently booked a trip from San Jose, CA to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The flights on ANA were all on time.
When I first booked there was a glitch with processing my credit card. Chris from top business solved the issue and I was quickly on my way to Asia.
When in Asia my customer asked if he would be able to book from Asia to the US to which I responded yes. I gave him the website and he booked a trip to US in July.

I cannot express enough my Total support for Mr Christopher Stark! This young man always went the extra mile to provide 100 percent rapid attention to my needs. He scored me a First class WDC/Manila ticket for a fraction of the online price. As well, I had to change my itinerary several times and Chris was there to keep me on a level course to manage my concerns. Chris is simply "The Best" and deserves high recognition by TopTravel. Jason did a great job organizing our flights - US to Tokyo then Shanghai to US. Flew a Dreamliner going and a AB 880 returning, all business class except for the short hauls within the US.
Will book again in the future. Tried Cook in the past never got anything put together the way Jason did.
We worked with David Pinkhasov in the past and as always are very happy with his service
