This is the WORST experience so far. I'm giving it 1 star because no star is not an option. Also, because they gave me a great deal on my flights to India. When i wanted to make changes to my tickets, everything went downhill.
My agent Naomi, is either untrained, unskilled or a part of a SCAM that she is unaware of. She made me travel all the way to India without a return ticket in hand- telling me when we exchange tickets this is the most normal way to do it. So that I will save money. My travel was so important that I had no choice but to trust her. I was going for 2 weeeks. I did not have my return tickets until 2 days before my return. I'm not even mentioning the pathetic customer service I recieved during the follow up calls/emails.
Then she makes us fill out an exchange form. Tells us that our tickets will be booked shortly, and we're ready to go home. This is also the ticket we didn't want but had no option because I had to return to work.
After a few hours she tells us that those tickets were gone. So now we have no return tickets again!
She told me that we can earn credits for the travel we didn't use. Which turns out to be BS. She said that she responded this way because I "pressured" her to give me a response. Apparently a customer service agent can't take pressure and blames the client. The client is expected to remain calm 2 days before travel from India to US with no tickets in hand.
We had to cancel out tickets with her. The money that they stole from us. Book ourselves with Expedia. Spend $4.7K and return home. There is still no explanation on the stolen return tickets of ours, which we clearly didn't use. DO NOT trust google reviews. Check reviews on Yelp. There are no paid reviews there and all we have is real experiences.
