It is too early for you to ask me about this. You should ask about the booking experience. It was excellent. But the real experience is the value of the flight (price for service). Did everything work out without a hitch, etc etc

Alex was a tremendous help in finding flights to Spain for me for the Christmas Season. Mr. Andrey Grove was very professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and did not waste my time by trying to sell me something I did not want or could not afford. He was prompt in getting back to me and was able to answer my questions and if he did not know the answer he would find the answer. Excellent, knowledgable and friendly service from Danny and Andre.
Only issue was initially only 1 hour 3 minutes was allowed for flight changeover in Newark - too risky! Problem was solved with flight through Munich.

The only issue I had was the way the billing came through. Citi Bank denied the charge and because of the split billing I was unable to identify it and approve it. After I called customer service and they explained it I authorized it and everything went through.

The representative I worked with, David Pinkashov was extremely accommodating to my unique situation and requirements. He did a great job finding me a good rate for the schedule I needed. He was patient and very personable.

This is an amazing service for those who travel frequently. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and responsive to all my needs. I will definately use them as my "go to" for my airline travel, and recommend them to all my colleagues.

Amazing Customer Service
As a frequent traveler I always wonder what 'Stuff Will Happen' during our trip. Two day before the end of our trip, our flight home from Florence Italy was canceled. Serge Arbitman was right on the problem, found an excellent return flight and sent us the details even before we knew we had a problem. Wow!
