Not able to use my own mileage membership for the trip was a bit of a problem.
Since I do mobile check in, and get the boarding pass on my cell phone which is connected to my own mileage program membership number.
I understand that I can't get any mileages for this trip, but this trip doesn't even calculated in my trip, and not showing in my dashboard was a bit hassle every time I was trying to check the flight status, gate numbers, etc.
Joseph was very responsive and fast. We felt we received very good value.
Bought 2 roundtrip business class tkts to Edinburgh, Scotland from Joseph at TopBussinessclass for summer 2018 after getting less satisfactory quotes from two other consolidators that I have dealt with in the past. Joseph beat their prices by $1600. I was impressed that he used industry contacts to make this happen for us. He was very prompt, courteous and professional in all of my contacts with him, and he made it clear that he wanted our business. I am a former travel agent. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
The middle name for our granddaughter (for our trip to Italy in July) is still not accurate on the Lufthansa website. However, Nick told me that I don't need to worry because middle names don't matter.
Nick was very helpful with a very complicated reservation. I would definitely call him again to set up a first class trip.

We had a problem with my reservation...mismatch in flight connections. It was resolved with topbusinessclass making the correction at their cost. Am pleased with their prompt and courteous response and will certainly do business with them in the future.
I was pleased with the ease and quickness that the site was able to fulfill my needs. I have since found that the pricing is competitive, not exceptional, but then it knew of markets that I had never thought to explore.
Buying earlier than needed provides great peace of mind that probably would not have existed had I waited a month or two longer before making the commitment.
Joseph could not have been more helpful. He called back when he said he would, every time. We could not get the direct flight we wanted but Joseph promised he would continue to try. He has also been helpful with a customer (me) caused glitch. Would definitely try Top Business again.
