Alex Abram was very helpful in working to find the best fares and routing for a trip from NC to Beijing. In the end we went first class on Air China at fare that was much less than most carriers business class fares. It turned out to be a great choice. Air China FC was the most comfortable long-haul (14 hr!) flight I have ever taken. Without TopBusinessClass (and Alex) we would not have even considered Air China, let alone found such a great fare.
This is my second time around with TopBusinessClass and, though I have not yet flown for the second time, I feel comfortable with the information and results of their efforts. There are others out there who do not give the same sense of assurance as TopBusinessClass which is why I have returned.

Amazing customer service in booking my Business Class seats to Johannesburg on my preferred carrier with the fewest number of stops and allows me to get my frequent flyer miles! I highly recommend topbusinessclass, have already recommended them to friends and will most definitely use them in the future to book Business Class seats at an amazing price.

Overall, Great service.
Alex is very personable, made great arrangements for airfare to Bali, Bangkok. It is a needed service. Some trouble at the present as I had to change plans for southeast Asian heat & humidity at doctor's recommendation, insistence. Now am going to London but having difficulty getting back to Nyc, Ord or Phx on/about June 29 or 30. Also big problem trying to make other hotel & local or other flights to Wichita & Phx as I don't know if/when my daughter & I are to return to the US. The later we know about transatlantic flights the much more expensive it is for late flights with airlines, possibly making great business fares, about the same as economy ones.
Alex was helpful and very patient.
