I ordered $75.00 specialized wood chisel through Amazon who uses Tool Orbit
As a third party supplier. I got an email notice that my package had arrived from Amazon. Instead of shipping my chisel, Tool Orbit stuffed 2 carpenters pencils inside. Initially, I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, mistakes happen, but after unsuccessful attempts at contacting customer service, and reading some very unflattering reviews by other customers, I can only assume it was intentional. Sending the package back and will keep you updated on any positive or negative results.
But they don't tell you this online; better call first. Better yet, pay slightly more & order elsewhere.;-) I finally called & found my item was "on order from the manufacturer". Website design errors should've been a clue. Lesson learned.
I ordered a couple of parts online. I received one part right away. The second part never came and I got NO response when I tried to get updates. I just feel ignored. BAD Customer service. Will never order anything from this company again!
Ordered a bosch oscillating tool took two weeks to get it. Came to me as a reconditioned one, and they blame it on bosch. Everything had already been opened including the manual Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.
I made a $162 order in May of this year and never received any tracking information. I have called customer service (once, everyday) and left several voicemails; they never answer the phone. I have attempted sending emails, also no response. It's disappointing, but I would just like my product or a refund.
My story is the same as many here, good products, good prices, terrible delivery, terrible customer support, deceptive buisness practices. If I wanted to get tools from the manufacturer I would contact them myself. Middle man sales, not real vendor. Called to check order, was told not in stock, awaiting delivery from source. Told them to cancelorder, was left on hold after that for 10 minutes so hung up. Sent 2 emails to cancel. They sent it 3 days later. If not such a pain to deal with, would return AND cancel CC transaction to avoid restock fees. I sell on Ebay, so will list there for profit for my troubles. ToolOrbit needs to fix it or leave it to professionals.
I have been waiting for over two months for only one single item and i still have not receive it, try to connect customer service over two weeks but no one ever answers the phone, always voicemail, never respond.
Price was great. Took several weeks to receive. It was ordered from Delta; shipped to Tool Orbit then shipped to me. Don't understand why is wasn't shipped to me from Delta. It took so long I called Tool Orbit to see why I hadn't received it.
Price is 5 stars. Delivery of product in a timely fashion rates 1 star.
ToolOrbit has a great selection of not just tools but they also carry replacement parts that are compatible to major tool brand products. I will be ordering from ToolOrbit when ever I need electric and pneumatic tools or its accessories. I find their pricing very reasonable
There are better prices elsewhere, but even then I like ToolOrbit for the guaranteed satisfaction. I have had maybe 5 issues (bad/broken products) in several hundred orders, and never had any issues with return/replacement. Free shipping is always a win.
Order parts and after saying they were enroute, was advised a month later that the part was not available. When emailing to ask if future availability of part, never got an answer. Gave 2 stars only because they did refund promptly.
The chain hoist I ordered ( a hard to find specialty item with special features), only "available" from a couple of locations, was on back order from the manufacturer. The ToolOrbit representatives kept me informed, and offered me alternatives for my order if I chose. Although the manufacturer did not meet the time estimate given to ToolOrbit, the hoist eventually arrived with no further interactions necessary, and I'm a happy customer. I strongly recommend ToolOrbit.
Although my order was placed on August 29, it did not ship until September 10. I wasn't informed ahead of time that it was going to take this long to ship. I had even emailed customer support to inquire my order status and didn't hear anything back. Only after my email did I get a shipping notification. It was like they had forgotten about my order until I emailed them about it. My package arrived today, September 15. It's the correct product, which is a plus, but the shipping time and communication could have been a lot better.
Very fast but I think I had a little trouble getting my order made online. I think I tried to pay with Amazon once, PayPal once, then finally got it done by directly using my credit card. It could've easily been something I was doing wrong though.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SHIPMENT TO GET HERE! Every time I order directly from ToolOrbit it takes too long to deliver. On this particular order the parts were damaged. I sent an email with pictures and didn't get any response! Not even a sorry! I placed an order thru Amazon and Amazon ordered it thru ToolOrbit! That made me worry, "oh no! I'm not going to get my order for a few months and I need it right away!" But it was delivered in a timely matter. Why is it when I order thru Amazon it delivers it alot faster? Not sure if I will ever order thru ToolOrbit again.
I needed a part that Home Depot, Lowes wouldn't have on their shelf. ToolOrbit had it at a good price and shipped it out in a timely manner. I would use them again.
I am a repeat customer and my shopping experience is always better than the previous one. I find their customer support executives very polite and helpful. They always value my business and my orders is delivered on time.
I was looking for a die grinder at a reasonable price when I came across Toolorbit, it was a new website for me so I was a bit skeptical in the beginning but placed the order because they were offering the product at a tempting price. Got my die grinder within 4 days in good packaging.
I'm pretty sure I liked the tool I bought. As of this BS coming though I could not tell anyone what the F_ I ordered. If I didn't like it I would have sent it back! Why do I have to fill out fifty five frickin surveys to order something the probably cost less than 20$. This is the kind of shait that makes me NOT come back to a website unless I absolutely have to...
I ordered a Makita driver for my husband and got the item in 7 days. Prices were reasonable and customer service treated us well. I will recommend toolorbit for value shopping.

Answer: Impossible. Customer service has automated answering machines that ask for you to leave a message, then it tells you that the mail box is full.
