I'm pretty sure I liked the tool I bought. As of this BS coming though I could not tell anyone what the F_ I ordered. If I didn't like it I would have sent it back! Why do I have to fill out fifty five frickin surveys to order something the probably cost less than 20$. This is the kind of shait that makes me NOT come back to a website unless I absolutely have to...
I ordered a Makita driver for my husband and got the item in 7 days. Prices were reasonable and customer service treated us well. I will recommend toolorbit for value shopping.

I ordered a couple of parts online. I received one part right away. The second part never came and I got NO response when I tried to get updates. I just feel ignored. BAD Customer service. Will never order anything from this company again!

Order parts and after saying they were enroute, was advised a month later that the part was not available. When emailing to ask if future availability of part, never got an answer. Gave 2 stars only because they did refund promptly.
Although my order was placed on August 29, it did not ship until September 10. I wasn't informed ahead of time that it was going to take this long to ship. I had even emailed customer support to inquire my order status and didn't hear anything back. Only after my email did I get a shipping notification. It was like they had forgotten about my order until I emailed them about it. My package arrived today, September 15. It's the correct product, which is a plus, but the shipping time and communication could have been a lot better.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SHIPMENT TO GET HERE! Every time I order directly from ToolOrbit it takes too long to deliver. On this particular order the parts were damaged. I sent an email with pictures and didn't get any response! Not even a sorry! I placed an order thru Amazon and Amazon ordered it thru ToolOrbit! That made me worry, "oh no! I'm not going to get my order for a few months and I need it right away!" But it was delivered in a timely matter. Why is it when I order thru Amazon it delivers it alot faster? Not sure if I will ever order thru ToolOrbit again.
I purchased a trigger switch for a Makita saw. It didn't fit and was electrically unsuitable for the tool (wrong circuitry).
I sent an email over the holiday weekend and still haven't received the courtesy of a reply. If I don't hear back this week I'll just do a credit card chargeback.
After receiving an unverifiable email to say a product was no longer available, I responded to send the alternative if that's all they could get. Two weeks later I got a call to ask the same thing the email asked. I just told the nice person on the phone to cancel the order...
Have been waiting a month and 2 dayday and still no product. First one they mailed me was not new, but a "floor demo" product, that they admitted they shipped me, it was dirty, and missing parts. Support people that answer the phones do nothing to help. They keep promissing it wil ship next Monday... Glad I made this test order before ordering hundreds of items for my company... Wow, how do they stay in business?"
Order was not moving anywhere until I called (I called after the order was supposed to be delivered!), no response to my emails. Had to change the delivery due to their problem and buy another set from other supplier because they were absolutely late.
Everything was late, very por response / feedback.
Never will buy from them again. Still today I am waiting to receive the order...
Ordered parts listed on the website only to get the correct part number but the description on the invoice and on the web were not what the part actually was.
It only took 3 weeks to get and I can't get a response to get it returned
I made my order on August 10th and my tool was not shipped until September 10th! No notification about it shipping late, I even paid extra for 2 day shipping! If I had known this tool would not arrive until after my job was completed I wouldn't have ordered it or would have cancelled my order! I am very unsatisfied and disappointed!
The person who took my order was super nice but the package never arrived. I've sent three requests for a tracking number and have gotten no response.
Never received confirmation of anything not they deducted 1.00$ from my account. Complete scam and they do not answer the phone and their VM boxes are fully probably with complaints.
I bought on 7/25/2015 through the order number ******* a Delta 50-740 2 Micron Canister Filter.
I have received a damaged product and on 08/03/15 I sent to ToolOrbit an email with a claim and also another email with photos of hit and dented canister.
On August 6th, I sent another email complaining about the lack of response. On August 13th, another email the customer services address email with the same claim over the previous claim made to sales email address...
On August 14th, I have received an email from an unknown customer service representative with apologies regarding delay in answering me... very good! First signs of life on ToolOrbit in long time...!
I resent the email with photos of damage of canister... and I have never received an answer yet.
I'm absolutely frustrated to write emails to claim for a broken product, I have never received a compensation, a sincerely apology, or an explanation about the issue. I also note that the product I bought is no longer manufactured by Delta and the price of you are so good compared with other shops, but you have not given to me for free.
On the other hand, the shipping and delivery were correct.
Answer: It is a third party supplier for Amazon. So I ordered this through Amazon, and they kicked the order back to Tool Orbit.
Answer: Impossible. Customer service has automated answering machines that ask for you to leave a message, then it tells you that the mail box is full.
