I'd never purchased from you before so not familiar with the sizing on some products. Loved the products I kept and will order again. The return process is very easy and very quick compared to other sites! Thank you!

I ordered a few different items in two separate orders and ended up keeping one pair of earrings. Overall, the quality of the clothing and accessories are very nice with the exception of the black velvet headband which I believe is way overpriced for what it is-- looks very cheaply made. The jewelry items I purchased are beautiful, but did not fit the bill for what I was looking for. I returned items from one order on December 2,2022, and the other on December 9,2022, both of which have been received by the merchant, and Tuckernuck has still not processed refunds for either order.

I love shopping at Tuckernuck as it always seems to have beautiful and classic clothing. Shopping is easy and my goods arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Only reason I gave it 4 stars for products and services was because it would be helpful to have either reviews or comments made such as "runs big" or "runs small". I have ordered a couple of items only to get them and be disappointed in them being way too big for me even though I order my usual size.

Based on the proximity of size links on website I inadvertently ordered a XS instead of a XL size. I sent an email within 12 hours of the order. I received a response 36-48 hours from the order indicating the order could not be adjusted. It was another 48 hours later that I received shipping notification & tracking. Poor experience in that you just did not want to help given the timing. Overall my experience with customer service from previous orders is negative.

I've shopped at Tuckernuck's online store a handful of times now and each time I've purchased a product the experience is seamless from start to finish. Great shipping and handling, packaging is adorable and always timely, even when sending returns.

Each time I have shopped through Tuckernuck I have had a pleasant experience. I purchased two dresses and love them both. They arrived on time and as described on the website. The material feels high quality and I've already had several compliments. I will definitely be back! My only issue is narrowing down my selection as there are so many amazing options.

I sent a return via USPO as directed one week ago. I still have not received any confirmation of the dress being received at your end or a credit. Previously things were sent FedEx and credits were issued very quickly.

I had high hopes for this item. The color is great, but the sweatshirt has a very tight neckline (hard to pull over my head) and the sleeves are tight and cropped above the wrist bone. In theory it's cute, in practical terms it's a very strange and awkward fit.

Your website experience is great, but your shipping is awful. You use this UPS Shipping Innovation that partners with USPS. It's horrible. The delivery times are way, way, way too long. I ordered something on Sept 1st and it claims I'll have it today, Sept 15th! That's too long to wait for an order. And this isn't the first order this has happened with. It happened with 2 other order.
I own a business and my customers know that their order ships UPS the same business day it's ordered! And if there is a delay, someone gets on the phone to let them know! That's customer service.
Perhaps you should bit the bullet and just use regular UPS Ground instead of UPS Shipping Innovation. I can't be the only customer who has complained. And after a while, I just don't want the hassle of your shipping solution and I'll shop somewhere else.

I love the tuckernuck looks but I feel I am not able to achieve it. I also feel delivery is very slow compared to other websites and the prices sometimes don't reflect the quality. There are some wonderful products I've bought from tuckernuck. I hope they give more makeup/hair/outfit tutorials and improve their shipping. I have received the wrong items a couple of times now which is frustrating but I do love tuckernuck.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff now and every time it ships so quickly and correctly. When I had to switch two items for different sizes (one larger/ one smaller) they made that super easy too and I returned what I had and ordered the correct sizes.

I would say I was rather disappointed in the quality of the garment for the price point and the fit was so off. That was not a true XXL on the two dresses I bought. Very tight fitting interior lining. I sent both back and waiting for my money to be returned.

The dresses arrived in a couple of days after ordering them. I found one size fit better than another. I used the online shipping to print a return label. I shipped the items back and received a refund in a short period of time. It was a great experience, quick and convenient.

I purchased a dress for an important occasion that was probably far more pricey than it needs to be and it did not ship when they said it would. I never received any notifications after it didn't ship and then over a week later, I was told it was sold out and wouldn't be fulfilled. When you go online, it is available in the size I ordered. When I went to submit the first review, I clicked the link and received a message that it was too late to review. I will not be able to order from this site again with confidence.

Remember Tretorn from the 80's glad to still be able to find them! These do look and feel slightly different (run large and much roomier toe area). I usually take a 7.5 but needed a 7 in these. I would buy them again.

The pink dress with bows by the Cam Wimberly collection is SO cute online. In person the quality does not match the price. The dress wa stop short on me at 5'7" and fabric felt cheap- was so bulky. Sadly it went back.

I needed these quick for a trip, and they got them to me in plenty of time. The shoes were a great price and I'm completely satisfied! I have also had to return things in the past, and those returns were handled very well.

Shipping is so quickly and the shopping experience is great but the return took very long. Only sped up once I made another purchase... interesting and just noted for future returns. Otherwise great site, love the styles and the fast shipping was really nice.

I paid extra for quick shipping and my order arrived late. Tuckernuck customer service responded quickly and corrected the issue. Please with the clothing/accessories as well and will continue to purchase due to excellent experience

The dress wasn't for me, but the delivery/return process wasn't good. It arrived in a ripped plastic bag, which I repaired with tape, when starting the return. Unfortunately, it appears lo have been lost after I left it with USPS. I have heard nothing further about its return and guess I'll have to think again before ordering online.
