I had to return my small tops for mediums which fit well. I must say the packaging of my return request was awful. The two formal blouses were crammed into plastic bagging which resulted in very wrinkled tops.
I purchased 4 dresses and need to return 2 and the website is not allowing it and I reached out to customer service via:
Phone - not taking phone calls
Email - numerous emails no response
Instagram - Dm no response
FB - messenger no response
Online chat - Disabled
So nice getting exactly what I wanted when I wanted it. The Barbour Hood was perfect. In fact, alas, I needed to wear it on this cold, rainy day in NYC. But what a nice company: it came with an easy return thing (glad I didn't need it) and even a thank you note!
I have purchased several dresses from tuck over the past few years and every item ive purchased has been of excellent quality. The shipping is fast and return policy is excellent and easy to execute. So glad i found this site!
Unfortunately, my package did not arrive on time even though I paid for 2 day shipping. I was informed that the package should arrive in 3 business days and it took 4. I was leaving for a trip and was unable to bring what I brought. Now, I do not have a use for the items I ordered thus I am returning.
Dress is cute, fits well and true to size. Big downfall, wrinkles so easily! Steaming takes forever, iron is faster but still long as there is much fabric. As soon as you sit down, significant wrinkles. Same dress, different fabric, perfect!
The merchandise was good quality, however did not fit correctly. But my complaint is that I returned the item over 2 weeks ago and it still says that Tuckernuck has not received the package? I think that when a return is made it should be processed as quickly as when a purchase is made. My credit card is charged immediately, however I have to wait weeks or months for my refund? Doesn't seem like very good customer service.
Ordering online always comes with a little uncertainty, especially from a company one has never ordered from before. I was 100 percent satisfied with and impressed by Tuckernuck. My order shipped and arrived quickly. The dress I ordered was good quality and as beautiful as advertised. I look forward to wearing it this holiday season
Working with the Tuckernuck customer team to exchange a dress size for a holiday party coming up was refreshingly simple. They were very understanding of timing implications and sent a replacement dress in a smaller size right away — in time for me to enjoy this weekend! Thank you so, so much!
Ordered a coverup that was too small. Tried to call on 800 number but only busy. Sent email requesting different size and color. I was very specific in email with item# and style numbers. Got back to me with an answer that had nothing to do with my request. Stuck with merchandise.
I purchased 3 shirts on November 20th, one of the shirts was damaged. I called and spoke to Megan, she asked if I would send a picture of the shirt showing the damage…that was on December 1st. Today is December 4th and I'm still awaiting for customer support to respond with next steps? I'm very disappointed in your response time.
I dropped my package off with the enclosed return label on 8/28 and after it's left USPS I have no idea how to further track it to ensure it gets back to u. The item was not e expensive so trying to keep an eye on the progress.

We ordered a ceramic dish. The way the shipping department packaged it, it was protected from impact only by 3 layers of corrugated board, one layer being the shipping box. No padding whatsoever on 2 sides of the dish. No surprise that it did not survive.
I absolutely love your dresses! But I am 5'9" and they are a little short on me. I can get away flats but no way could I wear heals and I like to wear heels. Please add a "tall" option. The dresses are pricey but I get tons of compliments and I don't mind the splurge once in a while. I won't go over $200 though... Please add more under $200
I purchased the Collier dress in 2 colors because it looked like the perfect summer beach to bad attire. I followed all the size charts and ordered a medium for my 5'7" frame. The shoulders fit perfectly but the dress was too long! I would honestly hem the dress if it wouldn't ruin the look of it. Have to return both dresses.
My dress arrived very wrinkled but as I got ready to iron it, I noticed that the tag says Do Not Iron! Seriously? I was hoping to wear it for a party that evening. :(. Searched everywhere to find a friend with a steamer, but after finally finding one and getting wrinkles and fold marks out of the dress, I was able to see that the dress was actually too large through the shoulder area. Had to return it. But really, even if it had fit, I might have returned it due to the iron issue. Also, it says to hand wash, so of course that will cause wrinkles too! Crazy.
Based on my measurements that I submitted the help line a small was recommended. I was a little concerned since my hip measurement gave no wiggle room based on the sizing chart and the dress is lined. When the dress arrived it did seem a little snug around the hips however it was not pulling around the hips. After wearing it for a while the threads seem to loosen up and it fit better. The medium size was not available and would have been too large in other areas. Love the dress design and fabric. Classic and timeless. It does run short In length and I'm 5'2. I plan on wearing tights with it since I'm older.
I ordered lots of items at one time and I am keeping about half. When I went to repack everything up that didn't work, I found some of the clear plastic bags very easy to match to the items. Some, are all but impossible. They do not appear to match the numbers on the return packing slip and the item names are not on them. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, it has been a easy experience.
