Tuckernuck

I have purchased several store brand pieces and although they look great on the model they have been disappointing either because of the sizing (usually too big), cut or fabric. Some of the jackets were very heavy.

I purchased the French Soles Foster sandal. They arrived within a few days, beautifully boxed and wrapped in pretty paper. More importantly, the sandals are gorgeous and the size 7 fit perfectly (TTS)!

I have had a positive experience for the most part. Sizing can be an issue and right now, exchanges are not an option. I had to purchase the smaller size and send the larger one back. Luckily, the customer service again gave me a code to do this at the same price.

Incredibly pleased with the cut, fabric and well made garment! I have tried other online clothing companies, but am usually let down when i receive the item and it is cheaply made and not representative of what was shown in the ad. Quality is important to me and i don't mind paying a little extra for it! I will definitely be ordering other items from Tuckernuck!

I first ordered two Blythe dresses since I was unsure what size I would need. When the dresses arrived, I removed them from the bags; I could not wait to see how they looked. To my dismay, one had what appeared to be deodorant on it. I immediately contacted Customer Service.
The ten was just tight enough across the bust that I decided to get the twelve.
Customer Service contacted me several times, helping me with the return and exchange process. The staff at Tuckernuck was outstanding. I have the exchanged dress hanging in my closet, just waiting for the reception.

I returned 2 items from my recent order - delivered each to the USPS the day after I received the shipment. Despite that it has been over a week and the tracking shows it was delivered to the "agent" but is still sitting "in transit." Meanwhile Tuckernuck has my money and I have no refund. I tried reaching out to customer service and got no helpful response. I'm about ready to file a dispute with my cc company. Based on this I won't be buying again.

In my opinion, Tuckernuck is one of the absolute best companies out there. Their Customer Service is top notch, their deliveries are quick, and returns are easy & processed quickly. The only improvement I could suggest would be more consistency with sizing. But, the ease of their return policy helps with that. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

First time I ordered from your company. Had to easily return a couple items because I wasn't sure of my sizing. Everything was high quality and delivered on time as promised. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Unfortunately both of the items were too small in the bust. They fit perfectly everywhere else. I am only a C-cup so I was very surprised the fit was off. I love the style of both of these dresses but sadly I had to return them due to the chest being too tight. Another two inches and we would have had two winners.

I've had nothing but excellent experience with this company. I've ordered a lot from them, had to return a few things, had some minor problems. All were taken care of to my satisfaction and went above my expectations. Products are a bit too expensive, in my opinion, but lovely.

I have been waiting on a dress for 1 month and just called only to find out it had been cancelled the day after I ordered it because it had run out of stock. I was of course refunded but never given any notice. Not a good first experience

I have 3 of your dresses & love them sooo much! I did order the Selma dress in green and was disappointed on how see-through it was so I had to return that one. Otherwise, I will absolutely be a return customer.

The dress appeared far more elegant than it was. Had you displayed the sleeve so that I could see the stitching was visible I would not have purchased this garment. It is not returnable. My sister said she would take it if i did not like it. When she saw the dress, she offered to put it in a consignment shop. Don't plan on using your site again.

I ordered earrings to wear for my wedding weekend. When I opened the box I realized they sent the wrong item. I contacted customer service Friday afternoon and got an Saturday am they would send a replacement via express mail. Monday I still had not received shipping info so I had to follow up. The item was received Thursday after myself and my family had already left for my wedding weekend.

Bought See by Chloe shoes. Leather looks really cheap and heals are plastic. I can believe I spent $300 on these shoes (which was a huge markdown) and they can't be returned bc they were on sale. I will NEVER wear these. Dress is just okay. If I could return both, I would. Big mistake purchase!

This was the first time that I had this visited this site, knew nothing about company or quality of clothing, I simply googled red dress and up you popped. I took the leap of faith and ordered ( after reading all reviews on this particular dress).
Dress arrived in time for my event and it was a prefect for this event.
Very happy I went with gut feeling and purchased.

Loved the dress so much. The fabric and print were beautiful. The dress stood out from so many others I looked at elsewhere. It was very well made. Just too big and sold out in smaller size. Really could not alter it either.,

I was so excited to see the long sleeve poppy colored dress in your catalog. Unfortunately the actual color of the dress did not work for me. I've never had trouble with the size of the arm sleeves however with this dress they were very tight and not workable. What I did like what is the customer service And how easy it was to return the product.

I truly enjoyed my experience. I find myself in between sizes so I ordered a couple of items not knowing if they would fit or not. I loved the quality, but I am sorry to say that some of them did not fit me so they are going back. The return process was super easy so I have no complaints.
Will definitely be buying again from Tuckernuck.
