Had to return cute black dress, a little small. However, I reordered same dress one size up. Maybe a little large, but, think it looks good. So cute…
(I'm 128 lbs, 5'3" usually wear size psmall…but extra small was wrong, as stated above, for me)

My daughters and I visited your Georgetown store to exchange a dress, and although neither the appropriate size nor color was in stock, the ladies there made sure that we would get the desired garment in a timely manner. I await its arrival later on today.

I was so excited to find Tuckernuck. I spend the summer in cotton dresses, and this site enables me to elevate my look at an affordable price. Beyond that, the service has been very easy to use. I typically select standard (free) shipping and it does take the amount of time advertised and not longer. Returns are super easy through the US mail. The size guides are extremely helpful - they are not just a one-size-fits-nobody chart, but are measurements specific to each garment. Very helpful

Tuckernuck nails it again! I was hesitant at first, thinking the top portion of the dress would be too boxy, but the drop cut hang really brings this piece to life! Easy date night or casual work dress depending on your shoes. The quality and fabric are a step above your typical linen and the colors are deep. Love this!

I purchased a pink dress…with sleeves…. And I love it…. So many compliments, not that it should matter but, I did! The styling of the clothes is remarkable and fresh…. As well as stunning! I love this company!
I do have a 'however'…. I'm in my early seventies…. So sleeves are required and those outstanding dresses that are short don't include me! Could you add some yardage? If so, I'd be spending my lunch money at Tuckernuck!

I had a super easy purchase experience - Chatting via messaging with a sales associate made sure I ordered the correct size and then the dress came quickly. Not only did it come quickly, but it was wrapped beautifully with tissues and more high quality than I was even hoping for.

The service I've received has been wonderful. My first order was delivered to the incorrect address, and when I called, they immediately overnighted a new order. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars, is because the lengths on the dresses tend to vary a bit. Though I am tall 5'10, I need to be careful they're not too short. Some are perfect, others, Way too short.

More than once I needed to return an item with weight going up and down and guessing what size to purchase. Tuckernuck is a customer's dream. They make the return process simple and refunds timely.

I ordered a high end sweater - Peter Millar. The price was fair. The quality? Quite good. The actual order process? Easy. I liked it so much, I order a second sweater. My one meaningful complaint? The sweater was placed and shipped in a plastic bag versus a protective cardboard box. So what? The postman stuffed it in my mailbox (both deliveries). No way to treat an expensive sweater. Please rethink this process. Not impressed.

I stumbled upon Tuckernut because I was having difficulty finding a rehearsal dinner dress for my daughter's August Charleston wedding. The dress I purchased was perfect. Easily ordered, exactly as described and arrived quickly, I wish I had known to simply start shopping here! Y younger daughter, the Maid of Honor was having trouble finding a dress too, so she ordered three from Tuckernut and is keeping them all! Great classic clothes that are appropriate, well made, and fit!

I really like shopping with Tuckernuck as I recently moved to an area that doesn't have many good options for in person shopping. I love that I can order and receive my items quickly and enjoy free shipping on the delivery and returns. This is probably the number one reason why I now shop there more than anywhere else.

Our daughter got married in May, and I bought several things to wear at various events. Got many compliments, and I have enjoyed wearing them throughout the summer! I love when you receive an order and it exceeds your expectations. This dress is very well made and it fit exactly as expected. I am 5'3" and 130 lb and ordered a size 6. I was worried that it might run short but it went to my knee. I believe that I will wear this classic dress for years to come.

Emailed customer service after explaining my particular size questions. Received a fairly quick response. Sent another email with more specific questions and to date no answer. Returned my original order and reordered on my own without reply or answer to my second email. The second order has been delivered and will work. Still waiting on my original order/return to be processed. Realize this takes time, but your company quickly sent and charged the new order before return / credit of the original order. Hummmmm? Just waiting for that to be expedited and will absolutely NEVER shop with this company again. Disappointed as your website came highly recommend. Lots of other online shopping options.

The dress with the ruffle neck and bow in the back had sizing that said a medium was a 40" chest. Since I measure 38" I ordered it. I do not have broad shoulders either but the dress would not even go down past my neck. For that press the dress should be sized according to the info you post with it. Love the fabric overall along with the color and design. However, the material is too heavy to tie a pretty bow.
