I need to return 2 items and I hate that I need to create my own return slip

I love their selection of products. I do not fear unreasonable return costs or burden when buying so I am freer to try the items I really like. Well laid out web pages, attractive and helpful photos of merchandise, and love the styling ideas for each piece. I am a big fan.

I bought the Marine-Neitge Minquiers Drop II top in Medium, and it was way big. After chatting with sales agent on your site about sizing, she provided a detailed sizing chart with bust waist and hip measurements that was not available when I ordered. If I had seen that, I would have ordered a Small. So, it was a bit of an inconvenience having to chat and then return a top based on lack of info.

I like the dress I bought, but I don't think I would have bought it if I'd seen it in person. The black knit is substantial, but it has "sparkles" in it.

Had a nice note asking me how they could help with my return. Love this company

I purchased two blouses from you, that would be options for what I would wear on my wedding day. My maid of honor also bought a lovely dress from your company. The navy blue off the shoulder top was perfect. I felt elegant and glamorous all day

I purchased two dresses, and returned one. The second dress was not exactly what I thought, but the quality of both dresses were great. I will definitely purchase again. I wish there was a Petite option.

Reviews are helpful with sizing as I am not always the same size in different brands you carry. Some of the listings don't include pics of models wearing the item which would be even more helpful.

I have wanted a red dress forever but could not find one that fit/suited me. (am 72 years old, 5'2,115 pounds).
When I stumbled on your Blythe dress in poppy I was thrilled.
It arrived quickly, and was well packaged.
The color is a stunning bright true red without the drab bluish cast that often comes in red fabric.
The dress is listed as a mini but came below my knees so I shortened it by 4 inches and it is PERFECT.

As a first time shopper with Tuckernuck I wasn't sure what to expect. The shipping was fast the items came nicely packaged and I received wonderful customer service for the items I needed to exchange or return. The quality is top notch.

I ordered the dress at the last minutes for my daughter's rehearsal dinner. While I had other options nothing felt "incredible enough". Within minutes of having the dress on I noticed a small snag (that I did not create!). By that time it was too late to do anything about it (like return/exchange) so I had to wear it. Not sure if anyone noticed but it was definitely disappointing-especially bc I'm usually much more prepared.

I love my new navy blazer. It's a great quality and arrived very quickly. -- Very satisfied!
