The dress was extremely wrinkled with make up around the collar. I am not satisfied and actually quite disappointing because my other purchases were stellar.
I had a quick easy response after wearing shoes three times and having them start to fall apart. Appreciative of prompt understanding service for a refund.

I have gotten some of the most wonderful items … some expensive. $600-800. It seems that everything is crammed in a plastic bag and most are very wrinkled! Not acceptable at such prices.
I sent a return over 10 days ago and still have not received a refund or an email update. Their customer experience is very poor for the cost of their clothes
I placed an order with expedited shipping. Not here. No confirmation. No tracking information. No one to "Chat" or answer the phone. Only a paypal charge and panicked vacation packing. Thanks.
I was able to place an order, it arrived quickly, and fit great. The material of this dress is surprisingly soft, just thick enough, and slightly stretchy...so perfect to cover flaws.
The person on line assisted me in my purchase of a gift certificate. Was very helpful, and liked the feature that lets customers know the chat question has been read.

I purchased a small pair of earrings for my daughter. Very nice. The packaging however was a larger than necessary box with another box inside. So much waste.
I ordered the cutest pair of green cord. I was so excited! They didn't have my usual size in stock (XL) so I went w their XXL thinking I could get them tailored to fit. Boy was I wrong! The crotch alone looked like it was made for an NBA player! I'm 5'6" with an appropriate 52yo body ie a little tummy and waist is not as tiny as it used to be. Thus I am usually a 14 and get things tailored so they fit ME. The cost of tailoring on this would have been more than the pants themselves ($138) and I'm left wondering, who are their fit models?! The waist was roomy ie comfortable but Jiminy crickets- that crotch was longer than my average length legs! Not to mention the legs on the pants - they were clearly made for a WNBA player! Pretty bummed as I like to think I'm the perfect Tuckernuck client. I've since removed myself from their list. Oh well. The super cute green cords and I were not meant to be.
Now I have to send it to her. What happened? It's an inconvenience honestly - however you were connected to that registry should be more direct. Just a suggestion.
Everyone was pleasant that I spoke to and very helpful. Only problem I have is shipping via USPS is terrible and slow. One item was sent to the wrong location, which has happened before when I placed an order and it sent via USPS.

Overall a great experience. 2 out of 3 dresses worked beautifully and 1 needed to be returned. Easy return. Fast shipping. Dresses are comfortable and very pretty.
I returned a single button camel coat about a week or so ago. It was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size.
