Tuckernuck

I normally take a small size in clothes. This dress is lovely however it was not cut well in the bodice. I am not large bosomed but the dress was "skimpy" across the chest. I think the medium would probably be too large at the bottom. I did love the dress and it is true to the pictures on line. The return and refund was great. Since this was my first time with Tuckernut I didn't know what to expect but it was fine.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the selection of clothing and the service I have received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to my most recent order. I had waited for the black velvet Kenzo dress to be restocked and was thrilled when it was available. I need it for a specific Christmas event. When I received it, it was wadded up in a plastic bag and had no tag. This will necessitate a trip to the cleaners to have it steam pressed. It's not that I can't afford the cleaning; it's just a hassle. (I actually smelled and inspected the armpits to make sure someone hadn't worn it and then returned it.) I have never experienced this with Tnuck before and love your company. I just thought you should know.

I tried ordering the yeti Navy Hopper Backpack for my girlfriend's birthday. Tnuck let me add it to my cart and purchase it. I used my military discount (which was kind of a pain to verify) and used expedited shipping. My purchase method was PayPal "Pay in 4". There was no issue at purchase. The about 3 business days later I got an email stating the installment was refunded to me and the transaction cancelled. Uhh, why? When I called Tnuck customer service, a representative told me it could have been that the online inventory hadn't updated at the time of purchase. She told me she would look into it but I never heard back. Should I go through all that again when I can just buy directly from Yeti? How do I know I won't run into the same issue again?

I bought purchase my, knowing it was final sale, because I knew it fit and loved the color. The color in the picture was colorful, more muted pink and what I received was neon. I should have paid attention to the name of the color which was 'neon pink' but the picture looked absolutely nothing like that. Given it was final sale I couldn't return. It super comfy so I will still wear but I'm disappointed…feel a bit fooled

I called Tuckernuck about returning a dress. It is beautiful but just too big. I wanted small but they don't have it so they did give me a discount code when it comes in. But returning it is harder than with other companies. I don't have a printer so I had to get an email, then bring to UPS, email to them, payp $2.82 for the email that they print and I just pray that the item gets back to Tuckernuck. I have no packing slip to show that I purchased it. I just wish I got a return label when I received the dress. Their clothes are well made and beautiful.

I have been "window shopping" for a long time, but finally ordered some dresses and blouses and I'm kicking myself for not showing TNuck sooner! Everything is PERFECT. The sizing is spot on, the quality is incredible and I get my orders quickly! I am absolutely in love with Tuckernuck and know that I'll be a frequent shopper!

I am a frequent Tuckernuck shopper. Most of the items I order are as described, however, I frequently order more than one size or take a chance on an item I like, but may not be certain I will keep until I try it on.

Tuckernuck has an easy return policy and I have never had an issue or concern when I have had to return an item.

I am very happy to have found this online company! I regularly shop online and have been bored with the companies I normally purchase from. I recently ordered a few things from Tuckernuck and couldn't have been happier with my purchases, the quality, and the service I received. Great find!

I LOVE your dresses! I wish you had a physical store near me so I could try more on, but because you make shipping and returns free and easy I am willing to take a chance on clothes I can't try on. My wardrobe is slowly becoming filled with more and more Tuckernuck dresses and I get so many compliments on them.

I ordered two dresses both in size XS and they are HUGE — beyond just a loose boho fit — they fit me like a size Large. I'm petite and will need to get both dresses seriously tailored to even make them wearable.

I bought a gauze top by Xirena and, though it was wrapped in nice paper wrapping, the top was shoved sideways into a large box. The box wasn't the right size or dimensions for the top. It was a mediocre experience for the price paid for the top.

I love everything I buy from Tuckernuck! But PLEASE improve the web browsing experience. Many times I want to see all of dresses, and when I click on one to see more detail but go back to all the dresses, it takes me back to the FIRST dress out of hundreds. I actually stopped looking at the dresses one day because of this and I emailed your customer service department about it. :)

When I first started ordering from you, things were wrapped in tissue and the beautiful marble wrapping paper. Not anymore. Also, there always seems to be issues with the website.

Love this dress! Lovely, unusual without being wacko, true to size, delivered promptly to my off-the-beaten-path cabin. Perfect for spring or fall here in NC.

This is a great website with high quality products and service. The only complaint I have is that often items run big. I'd love if more dresses were available in XXS.

The dress was extremely wrinkled with make up around the collar. I am not satisfied and actually quite disappointing because my other purchases were stellar.
