The TNT system still shows an expected delivery date in the past … no info about the new expected delivery date and time … and that should be apple quality and style? Or is the new apple quality incompetence and mess?

Worst customer service

I'm still waiting for a parcel from the UK. On 18/02 TNT requested contact details of the receiver, those were provided immediately to the customer service in UK and Spain, but TNT seems to not pass them to the relevant department. Nobody contacted me, TNT is attempting to return the parcel even if they should have all the details, after 11 days of contacting them daily no solution has been provided, and the parcel is still undelivered. Avoid them if you can as it is not the only issue that I had but the worst so far.

I was shipped a package by a supplier from china and paid a large sum for shipping express, items (11 packages) were supposed to be in riyadh in 3 to 13 days, were shipped on jan 12th, 2022, it is feb 26th and the items are not here. TNT had shipped one of the packages to the wrong place, i sent a letter to customer service, they answered as if it was my fault, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS untrained, the arab staff i dealt with take no responsibility for their company and blame other divisions, i am an arab and this is very disappointing. If you can find a better service use it, maybe DHL. --i do NOT recommend fedex/TNT.

Worst of the lot

TNT has been an absolute shocker. Poor delivery time, quite vague when trying to find out where my delivery was. It would seem they wouldn't even be capable of organising a drinks party in a brewery. No stars from me really, had to put one to submit.

TNT provide very poor service, Avoid at all costs to use them. Totally unreliable and liaing in the email that they tried to deliver the parcel but they never came. I can not believe that such service was not banned yet in the UK. They are shipping very valuable documents such as passports and their service is total disgrace. AVOID if you can.!

It is a dead end! They didn't collect the document and it showed as collected in tracking.
I claimed but not managed to access the claim details due to website error. Anyway the compensation is not enough as the document doesn't have any commercial value but it is important for the business. There were several no shows before however managed to cancel and get refund. They used to have chat but not any more so no way to contact them. I will never use them again.

As a business i used Tnt Cyprus for 10 months, sending hundreds of parcels to North America and Europe. The one star is for the delivery speed which was always excellent. Everything in Cyprus was a disaster. Incorrect invoicing, over charging, variable shipping rates and almost zero customer service. The lack of any customer service, very soon outweighed the benefits of a swift delivery service. If there was a handbook on how to run the worst service, tnt would be top! As a one off delivery you may be satisfied, but as a regular business partner, avoid at all costs. Terrible company to work with.

I wasted my three days to receive this document. Today I waited all day for document. But delivery driver didn't turned up. But he uploaded a just one dark photo for evidence. Big lier. Rubbish service.

I ship via FedEx from Lisbon, Portugal and TNT currently runs FedEx Portugal service. I always prepay with cash to the driver and collect a cash receipt and a FedEx Waybill from the driver. Recently in the late 2021 TNT (not in the name of FedEx, but TNT!) started sending me paybill invoices for services rendered via FedEx which were already prepaid by me in full. Every time I would need to schedule a FedEx pick up I would call FedEx Portugal phone number and get a quote and schedule a pick up. I always prepay with cash and in full. Now they started trying to extract more money from me. Avoid like plaque.

I am not a direct costumer and I will never will be after the terrible experience I had with one of his drivers in Bristol.
On then 16/12/2021 around noon, I was driving to Bedminster in Bristol, while I was going to take Bedminster Bridge Roundabout there was a driver from your company TNT with plate number: DG63 XPF that almost caused an accident.

I put the indicator going towards Coronation Road, the TNT dirver saw that I was going to that direction. Once I was half in the lane to continue to Coronation Road, the driver was pushing me out of the roundabout, getting extremely close to my car. When the traffic light was green to continue towards Coronation Road, your driver quickly overtook me and he parked the van on the left side of the road at the beginning of Coronation Road. Suddenly I was about to pass his van that was already parked, and he waited till I was passing to quickly open the door of his van, so I could not have time to react and avoid it. Luckily no one passed in the next lane. This could have caused an accident and resulted in injury to myself and others, due to the recklessness, hatred, aggressiveness, and harassment received by the driver of the company TNT. I want you to know that drivers like this cannot exist by inciting risk on the roads. I hope you are aware of what your driver may have caused. I had reflexes, someone else might not have had.

They have been holding my important documents nearly for 20 days now…total messed up company with useless staff who give u rubbish
Information after two hours on hold seriously…, how a Home office can Give contract of people's important documents to a terrible company

My partners passport is over 1 week late despite paying £150 for a 'guaranteed service', we have spent 7 HOURS in total on hold this week to the TNT customer helpline (total scam they keep you on hold for exactly 1 hour each time and then it's 50/50 whether they answer or hang up), 5 false promises of 'out for delivery' with zero physical attempts, one empty promise of an email with instructions on how to collect which never came resulting in us postponing our holiday which was meant to be today until Friday but surprise surprise still no passport so no doubt more distress and hours on hold coming up tomorrow! My partner is distraught - this is a disgraceful way to treat people and we will be pleading with every industry body/ombudsman to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Heres hoping the passport office sign a deal with Amazon asap.

Bunch of morons from top to bottom. What's choking is how come the home office hands over a contract to those idiots! Saying idiots is nothing comparing to what frankly think. I'm sure that whom ever signed on behalf from the home office has benefited great deal. Period!

They was going to deliver my passport on Monday which what they confirmed in the Friday before, they said they will deliver my passport between 8am to 8pm, and I had to take a day off from work, and stay at home in order to receive it. Was waiting from 8:00 AM in the morning, and checking the tracking every 10 minutes all they way till 7:00 Pm, and then they didn't even update me about what's going on till I login to the tracking and found out that the passport has been returned to the delivery station without any reason, tried to go and collect the following day as the delivery station is 5 minutes away from my house, and they said sorry we can't do that it has to be delivered to the address, and been 3 days now since then and never received it. Avoid it

I send a painting with TNT. The goods were completely destroyed. The pictures speak for themselves.
No refund (even if the transport was insured), no excuses for the worst dispatch I have experienced. Stay away from this transport company!

Package has been at the depo for 215 hour's, item is just sitting there been on the phone for 7.5 hours lost a days work just trying to get it delivered still not here. If want to loose customers feel free to use TNT.
No one calls back ever. 15km away. I understand that mistakes can and do happen, but this is beyond that. When your sole business is delivering goods and this is the outcome on their premium service,
I have no way of getting my goods I've explain what the contents are and the importance makes no difference I'm at a loss on how to even get my item now.
9 phone calls, 7.5 hours time spent ' calling them 'lost income due to time spent due to being hindered by not having my goods,
All up this has been the only delivery company that I've had this experience with
