Terrible Service. Called and emailed customer service several times but only automated replies with no solutions. Parcel is still sitting at a TNT facility and no explanations. Will never use TNT or Fedex ever again.
The company takes no accountability and will do anything to place blame and place fault with the customer. Several lost packages. Lack of proper tracking and accounting of calls and case notes. Outright lies about deliveries and communications. Excuses around anyone could have taken or stole packages. Ridiculous excuse for a company!
This is one of the most annoying companies I have ever worked with. You call only for stuff to pick up you call and put it aside. Then you listen to them having conversations and laughing. Absolute rubbish.
Bunch of morons from top to bottom. What's choking is how come the home office hands over a contract to those idiots! Saying idiots is nothing comparing to what frankly think. I'm sure that whom ever signed on behalf from the home office has benefited great deal. Period!
Absolute scums. Arranged 4 times for a collection, 4 times no show & no word of 'please dont wait for us, we cannot make it today'. They obviously do not own a CRM; I wonder if some big lad does the schedules in his mum's garage on a spare bit of paper. Literally the worst of the worst.
Poor communication between customer service and depot, incorrect address used took 3 deliveries to get the product miscommunication seems to be their code word for lies. Delivery between 7 an 9 turns up at 11 after work missed and being told it's round the corner (only if the corner was in wales) we are 16 miles from depot. Then told stuck in traffic then 10 mins away over a 4 hour period. Driver very helpful when arrived but not his fault it was loaded at the back of truck and he had different delivery address on delivery note than was on package DO NOT USE
TNT has been an absolute shocker. Poor delivery time, quite vague when trying to find out where my delivery was. It would seem they wouldn't even be capable of organising a drinks party in a brewery. No stars from me really, had to put one to submit.
I am completely disappointed, they never come to deliver and simply send message 'we missed you' and your package takes so long to be dropped off at local exchange, i'm getting a reply from last 3 days saying it would be available tomorrow its 3rd day today!
Lost valuable personal documets (court adoption papers) and a 10 euro compensation and no refund of fees. Only an 85 euro credit. Lol. Why would I want to use the credit? So they can maybe lose something else?
I am on the phone with a lady called Jyoti today and she took over 20 mins to even get me correct status of my shipment. Not sure what makes them commendable. To us, they are our worst experience. Gautam Nadikeri is their contact guy. Never calls back, never writes back, cannot update status. Not doing business with TNT...EVER as in EVER. This is our shipment no btw *******. Just in case someone is bothered to even find out what went wrong.
I cant even explain how bad this was. I calledFed Ex and they helped me so much. I'll never get my package but I got the scammers on the run. If you have ANY problem with TNT email your problem to

Had a chair brand new transported from Darwin to Perth. Got damaged in Adelaides and TNT admitted it and then say it was not packaged correctly. If that was the cards the driver picking it up from the store should have identified that issue. Customer service is the worst when you contact them just blame everyone else. Even took out insurance with the delivery now saying they will not honor that. Never use TNT by far the worse.
We paid $175 for express shipping from Canberra to Sydney. It was told I should receive the item on Tues 13th Oct (and the tracking said the same). Since then, I have had excuses of scanning issues, had problems with the internet tracking, and never got our item on Tuesday, even after speaking with 2 separate people. By Wed afternoon, I was told that the 2 separate boxes went on 2 different trucks, WHY?. Received one box on Wed night... and never received the other. So I now have half an item, that I can't do anything with! No idea when I'm getting the rest as I'm still getting excuses and the run around from bad customer service and they won't let me talk with a manager. My son is still waiting on his very expensive birthday present 3 days later.
I send a painting with TNT. The goods were completely destroyed. The pictures speak for themselves.
No refund (even if the transport was insured), no excuses for the worst dispatch I have experienced. Stay away from this transport company!
Worst experience ever. You will become a laughing stock. Trying to understand is useless because they dont have a reason for their behaviour. It just sucks. Terrible service and awful communication, no help, no delivery, no information, and if you call they shut you up like you owe them something. If you can avoid please do. They make you lose your nerves, for stupid things like them doing their freakiing job.
I sincerely hope someone reads these reviews before dealing with these animals.
It is a dead end! They didn't collect the document and it showed as collected in tracking.
I claimed but not managed to access the claim details due to website error. Anyway the compensation is not enough as the document doesn't have any commercial value but it is important for the business. There were several no shows before however managed to cancel and get refund. They used to have chat but not any more so no way to contact them. I will never use them again.
Absolutely appalling service for a logistics company, they have no idea how to handle operations and customers. They are absolutely unapologetic about delaying our package by over three weeks and were downright rude when I called them up and asked to speak to their supervisor to understand the delays and the incompetence showcased by their ground staff who ignored the email with the supporting documents required for customs clearance. We had to send the documents thrice for them to 'receive' it. Stay away - it's not worth the mental stress.
Was asked to send some documents for customs clearance which was sent couple of times but the company has refused to release this shipment.
The client that owns this order has been harassing us at our business place and also threatening to sue us which looks bad for our business.
This is really getting frustrating now as this shipment has been in Dublin for more than 3 weeks now but yet to be delivered.
SHOCKING DELIVERY SERVICE
Very stressful time for me and my wife waiting for our passports, waiting nearly a week in the house and worrying. Said they had attempted delivery a number of times but lied as wife was in all week. Checked our ring camera one day, driver took picture of house and drove off. My wife's passport came first and rang her mobile for her to come out to the van to collect it because he couldn't be bothered to walk up our path. Then I had text from TNT 2 days later saying my passport had been signed for and delivered. I panicked and checked with neighbours to see if it was there. Tried ringing office a number of times to see what was happening, just to be kept on hold for hours and then cut off. Eventually managed to get through to a rude customer support member who couldn't tell us anything helpful. Not sure why the government are using this company to deliver such important documents. Shocking service and would definitely not recommend this company at all.
It is so obvious that this is a rubbish delivery service. We saw the driver stop in front of the drive take photo and drive off with message that no one was at home.
They then altered the re-delivery date they we requested to one that they preferred, but we were working.
It is a shame that UK govt is fine for passports to be delivered by this useless company.
