After seeing the pitiful dogwood trees at the local big box stores, I found this nursery in my childhood state of Tennessee. I ordered a pink and a white dogwood tree. It took a while to receive them but well worth it. Although dormant, the trunks and branches were healthy and very sturdy. I also like the cool innovation of gel on roots to retain moisture until ready to plant. Can't wait to see these in a year or two.

Came across TN Nursery while google searching for moss and native shade perennials. I liked the selection they had available so took a chance and really glad I did. Well priced, high quality bare root plants with detailed instructions, and really great sheet moss that i was lucky to get on sale. I'm a repeat buyer and will continue to be so!

Very nice size and shaped tree. Actually, double stemmed and about 3 feet tall. It arrived promptly, in excellent condition and well packaged. The roots were extra protected with rooting gel. In my zone 5 area, I will heal it in for the winter and move it to a permanent

So I made two orders, 30 mins apart, so I emailed them to send both at the same time to save me an extra shipping fee, cs said no, we don't combine shipping 😡, but I've not seen the order yet! March 29 was the order,

They charged me for 15 large ferns, mulberry tree, 4 spruce trees, pine tree, and 5 viburnum in Nov. 2020. All were supposed to be delivered LIVE and 3-4 feet tall for LIVE trees. I received a 2.5 foot dead pine or fern like plant, twice, in a brown box, spring 2021--not packed to survive nor could I revive it. Because they sent two boxes to ship the dead one twice, they claimed I got my entire order. It cost me over $250 to receive one dead plant. BEWARE.

I ordered ferns - ostrich and maiden hair. Bare roots arrived alive and the ostrich fern had a single frond. Planted the roots in peat pots this time so I could keep track of growth until the ferns were well established in soil. Ostrich fern frond immediately died off but new fronds were appearing. Maiden hair has yet to show green above soil but still hoping it will sprout before end of summer.
Customer service was responsive to inquiry about the status of my order.

Plant bare roots in pots until established and growing confirmed. TN Nursery requires return of dead plant material before they will honor their warranty.

Sent dead plants, would not even acknowledge my correspondence about them. Sent pictures of dead plants as ask for, have heard nothing. Either poorly run or arrogant hoping unhappy customers will go away. Would NEVER buy again. Beware

I ordered several plants in early April and haven't heard or seen a thing. When I enquired I was told that my plants would ship before the end of April. Here it is May 6 and nothing. Do t these people realize that plants have to get in the ground now!?! They took my money soon enough, now show up!

My husband has always wanted paw paw trees, they hold a sentimental memory of his childhood. I was excited to find them here. They arrived when it was optimum time for planting in my area. They were well-packaged. We planted them immediately. I can't wait for new growth and green leaves in the spring.

I ordered three plants, planted and cared for per instructions. The tree did not make it. The two others are barely alive, no buds in them and won't likely survive. They say I have to send them back at my own expense, but only after they have had opportunity to work with me for 7 days. They won't work with me, just give me the run around. Total scam.

I bought a weeping willow from here last year at Christmas time for my mother as a present and it has flourished beautifully and my mom is so proud of it. I highly recommend this place if you want high quality plants and flowers for your garden

I searched everywhere to find a huckleberry plant and they were the only ones who would ship to California. I'm still waiting for it to bloom it says it needed a year to establish so hopefully by this spring I will see growth. They shipped really fast. Highly recommend.

Spring of 2021 I ordered 10 bamboo plants that came to me dead, for about $150.00. When I emailed the company they told me I had to wait an entire year to prove that they were in fact "dead" and not "dormant". Now that I have waited an entire year with dead plants displayed in my yard, they say I'm past the warranty date to get a store credit. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I should have looked more closely at the website to notice that they don't allow reviews with them directly and saw that as a red flag. I should have disputed the charge when I received them dead, instead of trusting them to wait a whole year. This has been a year long terrible experience. I hope everyone that decides to try them, has better luck. Beware!

Ordered and paid for 3 trees recently. They were supposed to be shipped within 3 days. I ordered on a free freight day but the invoices I received showed they charged me freight. Then they emailed and said all shipping had been delayed for a month or two. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said that I would be charged 20% to do that. They said they would turn it over to their management team. Now they do not take phone calls or send emails. Crooks, scammers, dishonest IMO. Don't go near them!

This company is so dishonest. They have been caught writing positive reviews for themselves. I received a bag of slime for my plants and was told to plant it and if it didn't grow in a year they would replace if I sent it back. There was nothing to plant I asked which plants they had that were live and got reply that all their plants are dormant year round. How is that possible? Finally I was able to return for store credit and order 6 gallons of worm casings. Received 2 bags and said my order was complete. Filing with weight and measurements division of Tennessee

I spent a lot of money last year on ferns from TN nursery. Only 1 fern grew. I contacted them and they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I will never shop there again. In hindsight I found multiple complaints lodged about their poor service.

Product arrived on my porch with 32 degrees outside. Box was smashed and ends had been opened. It was wrapped in postal ribbon that said damaged parcel. Asked for refund to no avail. My bank refunded my money when they didn't respond to them either. Very low class company. Stay away!

I found Tennessee Wholesale Nursery while looking for plants that fit specific criteria. I loved being able to search by my zone, shade or no shade, etc. The process were great, and shipping was quick.

I have experience with Nympheas and nemuphars. The products I received looked like plugs of chewing tobacco. No discernible root or eye/sprout. I went ahead and set each one in a pot, weighted, submerged in our natural pond away from the now flowering Lilly pads and we will see what happens.

The plants you receive are the worst EVER for an online site. This is not legitimate. I received dead roots, literally minuscule plants with dead tops and a few feeder roots. They told me to plant them because they had a 1 year warranty. That covers 40% of cost, and you get a store credit. After 6 weeks nothing grew. Even Dave's Garden won't accept further reviews because Tennessee Wholesale Nursery was suspected of putting up fake positive reviews. I wish I had researched before buying.
