I received the correct plants, but the labels were mixed up between the two kinds I ordered. I accidentally placed them in the wrong spots in my yard because of the mix up.

I just started ordering so I can't speak for anything other than my 1st order was delivered on time and if my other plants live i will be a loyal customer

Northern spicebush received after ground was frozen in fall 2024 so wintered in outside pots. Plants did not come back in spring 2025.

Purchased a quantity of red bud seedlings in 2025. Arrived in good bare-root condition and nearly every one seemed to grow well in their first season. Naturalized in the edge of woodlands.

I ordered 4 Paw Paw trees which were on the pricey side. I paid for them because they were supposed to be 4-5 feet tall. The trees never arrived and when I called the nursery they told me the trees were returned and sitting right here. I reconfirmed my address, I get deliveries almost daily, and they resent the same trees. I bring this up because they are bare root trees. When they arrived the roots were very dry and I planted them immediately, also they are only 3 feet tall. I called back and shared my concerns because I don't think the trees will survive. I was told we are notating your concerns and call us back next Spring if they do not sprout new growth. The whole experience is not confidence inspiring. My advice is go to your local nursery, lay eyes on the plants/trees you want to buy and at least you will know they were alive when you bought them. I have no idea if I paid over $200 for dead or alive trees.

I ordered buy one get one fuyu persimmon and they sent me another full buy one get one when a single tree was missing from the box. Great customer service and all three trees are doing great!

Every time I order from TN, I get great service and speedy delivery. My plants have always arrived well wrapped and in excellent shape, ready to plant!

Very nice, though I was inexperienced at first in how to handle bare root trees. I lost a few because I couldn't get them planted right away once they arrived.

My husband and I are avid gardeners, both with landscaping and growing vegetables for years. These trees we purchased were alive when we received them but they began to die right away.

Came earlier than requested but everything worked out (wasn't home to open gate) can't wait to plant them and watch them grow.

I have family living in Tennessee and I appreciate having a way to send interesting gifts that they love. The landscaping plants I've sent in the past are thriving.

2025 -Redbud Trees arrived when expected and did well this summer after planting. This will be their first winter in Vt. I am hoping they will continue to thrive this spring in this climate.

Plants arrived, well packaged and when expected. I was notified when they shipped with tracking number included. Bare root plants were the order, planted per instructions and plants are growing without problems. Will order more from this nursery.

Your service has been good. Today, I could not use a billing address a PO Box) separate from my home address. I hope this doesn't cause an issue with my payment method.
Please affirm or deny (in your marketing) that you are growing all your own plants and not harvesting wild plants. I'm suspicious. I hesitate to buy because of that and because your plant description are so vague. Botanical names are important, please use them.

2 plants never grew for over a year and now they only give a store credit and not reship me 2 plants so the first time was free shipping this time I have to pay for shipping costing me 17.58.
