I received two large bare roots and a few other pieces of bare roots. They've been planted, but I have no idea if they will grow and blossom. I would not purchase plants this way again.
Spring of 2021 I ordered 10 bamboo plants that came to me dead, for about $150.00. When I emailed the company they told me I had to wait an entire year to prove that they were in fact "dead" and not "dormant". Now that I have waited an entire year with dead plants displayed in my yard, they say I'm past the warranty date to get a store credit. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I should have looked more closely at the website to notice that they don't allow reviews with them directly and saw that as a red flag. I should have disputed the charge when I received them dead, instead of trusting them to wait a whole year. This has been a year long terrible experience. I hope everyone that decides to try them, has better luck. Beware!

Ordered and paid for 3 trees recently. They were supposed to be shipped within 3 days. I ordered on a free freight day but the invoices I received showed they charged me freight. Then they emailed and said all shipping had been delayed for a month or two. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said that I would be charged 20% to do that. They said they would turn it over to their management team. Now they do not take phone calls or send emails. Crooks, scammers, dishonest IMO. Don't go near them!

This company is so dishonest. They have been caught writing positive reviews for themselves. I received a bag of slime for my plants and was told to plant it and if it didn't grow in a year they would replace if I sent it back. There was nothing to plant I asked which plants they had that were live and got reply that all their plants are dormant year round. How is that possible? Finally I was able to return for store credit and order 6 gallons of worm casings. Received 2 bags and said my order was complete. Filing with weight and measurements division of Tennessee

I am very pleased with my plants. Tammy appreciated my business. Those girls in customer service were not helpful but she answered one day and it all changed. My plants are beautiful too. I bought some moss and it's beautiful this year.

All the items died a quick death. They were sickly and small on arrival - but I usually have good luck with the plants I've ordered online. Not these. Will never order here again. Money down the drain.
I spent a lot of money last year on ferns from TN nursery. Only 1 fern grew. I contacted them and they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I will never shop there again. In hindsight I found multiple complaints lodged about their poor service.

Product arrived on my porch with 32 degrees outside. Box was smashed and ends had been opened. It was wrapped in postal ribbon that said damaged parcel. Asked for refund to no avail. My bank refunded my money when they didn't respond to them either. Very low class company. Stay away!

I found Tennessee Wholesale Nursery while looking for plants that fit specific criteria. I loved being able to search by my zone, shade or no shade, etc. The process were great, and shipping was quick.

The plants you receive are the worst EVER for an online site. This is not legitimate. I received dead roots, literally minuscule plants with dead tops and a few feeder roots. They told me to plant them because they had a 1 year warranty. That covers 40% of cost, and you get a store credit. After 6 weeks nothing grew. Even Dave's Garden won't accept further reviews because Tennessee Wholesale Nursery was suspected of putting up fake positive reviews. I wish I had researched before buying.

Last year, I bought a bare-root ground fern moss. I received it well packed. I really appreciate TN Nursery's effort in making sure that the plant will arrive healthy. Plus their customer service answer my emails real-time. I am inspired to purchase more moss.

Bought three 3_4 foot trees last Fall. Contacted them on delivery when received 3 dead looking sticks. Customer service indicated they would be just fine and to go ahead and plant them. Not surprisingly there was no sign of life in April. Sent photos and got a response that photos were not high enough quality and just wait and carry out a scratch test. Now at the beginning of August no leaves no sign of growth. Not wasting time trying to get any response from Customer Service. Clearly not what they advertise. Save your money and try somewhere that you can actually see what they are selling.

I requested 2 patio blueberry bushes in late Feb. 2021. I received 2 sticks in early March that said it was dormant one did not have visible roots! I planted after last snow and it's still 2 sticks sticking out the ground. I call LVMM cause no one answer the phone so I sent an email of what I received. I received response email the following day saying basically we don't stand behind what we sell and we will not send a replacement plant or return your money. The email further said I can come to TN for an in store credit! I live in TX. Buyers be aware this is not the place to shop for quality plants. Good for throwing away money only!

Everything I've received from here have been great - ordered moss, spiraea, hydrangea, wisteria and viburnum. Everything was packaged well and arrived quickly, and they are all thriving. Will definitely be ordering more plants in the future!

I ordered on 05/12/22. I've emailed twice. Once I requested an estimated ship/delivery date. On 06/05/22, I emailed requesting my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. I was told they would see if "my plants had been dug" and that I should "wait for their response." I was unaware of any other choice other than waiting. Although, disputing the charge does seem a likely alternative at this point as I believe they are committing fraud.
