I'm a Christmas tree farm owner. I had ordered 100 Eastern White Pine from TN Nursery for our fall planting however the trees that I received were white pine but long leaf (niddle) pine and not the standard high density short leaf (niddle) that I have planted each time. The description does not state short nor long niddle. When I emailed TN Nursery about the problem, I'm was told after trimming and shaping my white pine will make nice Christmas trees. Most of these seedlings delivered were punny and thin trunks and limbs. Most have died and if any do survive they will not grow to be the type I have set up in my fields. I will give the company 3 stars only for the care and well packaging for shipment.
I ordered moss and when it was delivered it was soaking wet, which means I had to install it immediately in order to keep mold from developing. Also, half of the bags of moss were just small fragments that could not be successfully installed. Other companies I have ordered moss from provided dry, large, moss colonies that were superior, but they were more expensive, which is why I tried your product. Your moss still worked but was somewhat of a letdown.
My previous order arrived timely, well packaged, healthy, with good information. When I saw that you we're an option for this purchase I had no hesitation.
I planted the items as directed. I was told I could plant now as I am in zone 9. Nothing, I repeat. Nothing happened. The plants were dead and remained so. I requested a refund and I have had not response.
For Perennials, Ferns, Vines or Groundcovers
If anything planted below the surface of the soil is planted and temperatures are above 70 degrees, 1-5% may come in that spring or summer, but the majority of those will all come in the following spring. Please wait until your other plants come up and give your new plants a couple of extra weeks before you file a claim.
I was told I would get free shipping if I ordered within 14 minutes which it was.
This is my third purchase. The plants are excellent and shipping is fast.

The Rock Cap Moss I purchased never caught on even though I watered it constantly for the first two weeks, then frequently until now with no results.
I am a professional arborist. All of the root stock I purchased was labeled incorrectly. They refused to correct the issue. Their main concern was to keep the money, not good customer service. The better business bureau is filled with complaints about them. Beware...

I bought some live, bare root plants and some corms/bulbs. The bare root plants were covered in fungus and didn't survive the shipping process. The corms/bulbs arrived crumbled, but I still planted them. I won't be ordering again.
Plants are doing well, and looking forward;to completing our landscape design
Although not all cuttings arrived in proper shape they did give me full credit (except for the shipping).

Nice plants and a responsive customer service dept that stayed in touch concerning shipping dates. I will happily use this company again in the spring for ground cover ideas.
Received dead plants, not even one woke up. Used rich soil and planted by instruction I found in internet. There Was no instructions from nursery how to plant. Customer service just said that they are sorry, promised that they will resolve an issue and did nothing. Better pay more and get quality products somewhere more reliable.

Ordered 120 sedge plants for $365, received box 12 x 10 x 8 of plugs so small you could count the blades. Expectation was 3" - 4" size that other nurseries had. Chose because I like to buy tennessee local.
Difficult getting complaint through to main office. Call center contracted to other site. Said they would resolve. Shipping manager called again to say wanted to get it right. Nothing done.

This place is a joke. 100%. If I could give the zero stars I would. If you wanna be ripped off then by all means, shop here. Took them 6 weeks to ship & The trees were dead and broke in half when I received them. TN nursery after numerous emails finally messaged me back but only to tell me I'm screwed. They don't refund money! Wow. They suck! $180 down the toilet.

Every product we've received from TN Nursery has taken root and become a great feature in our front yard. Their shipping time has always been perfect and consistent. We are looking forward to out next planting.

In November, 2021, we discovered TN Nursery as a source for the native plants we're using around our house. We placed an initial order for seven varieties to check out the quality. The bare root versions looked great (if you're used to bare roots) though it will be spring before we know for sure. Also, found that customer service was quick and responsive. Since then, we have ordered and received Club Moss (a very difficult plant to find) and a couple of dogwood trees. We are thrilled with finding this gem and have received a Christmas present from our family of a gift certificate to use in the coming months. We highly recommend them.

The Pennsylvania Sedge we planted is gorgeous. We are always complimented on the garden as people walk their dogs near our townhouse path. It is too bad that it is winter now or I could attach a picture of beautiful flowing grasses that never need to be mowed and require little maintenance. Love the plants we received and their survival rate was excellent. A very good choice in a shady area within a hot climate. We will continue to order from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. They are a well-run company.

Not only did the items arrive dead but they then sent an email stating I needed to leave a "kind review" and offered to send some free plants to bribe me to write a good review which goes against this sites rules (see photo). Don't waste you money on this company as they ship substandard items that are not what you order.

When first contacted this nursery I spoke with helpful and polite customer service agents who placed my order and provided information on plants available. Items arrived quickly and packaged well in bags with moist soil.
